The plans I have for this summer are actually crazy. 😭 It doesn't even feel like a summer break it feels like an entire year packed into a few months. Jobs, internships, classes, projects, courses, learning new skills, and a hundred other things on my to-do list. I'm excited, but every time I look at everything I planned, I wonder who exactly made this schedule and why they thought 24 hours a day was enough. 💀 InshaAllah, by the end of the summer, all the hard work will be worth it.

ICare reminds you to follow the 20-20-20 rule by nudging you every 20 minutes to look away from your screen for 20 seconds. This week I was in the countryside and the network was either E or G the whole time 😭. I'm only replying to Eid Mubarak messages now. Honestly, it was so annoying. There was barely any internet, and I couldn't even call people properly. I'd actually get happy whenever someone called me because at least I knew my phone had some signal. Idk why every new IDE feels like a shiny new toy. Downloaded Cursor, Kiro, Zed, Windsurf, and recently Vim after Sifen told me it's amazing. Apparently you're supposed to do everything with keyboard shortcuts and terminal commands. Meanwhile I'm just sitting there like 🧍‍♀️ "what now?" 💀. Pretty cool though.

If you want to be a 10x dev, grind hard and learn from the basics to advanced day and night. Then install Omarchy, learn Neovim, add tmux to your workflow, and learn how to use AI properly. Then my brother, you’ve unlocked the 4th dimension. @sifendev

The Day of Arafah honestly feels so emotional in a way that’s hard to explain… especially seeing the hujaj in Arafah raising their hands and making dua Alhamdulillah anyways, let’s focus on dua, adhkar, ibadah, and especially making lots of dua this day. And most importantly كبروا كبروا حياكم الله they literally make the days feel so special we’re actually gonna miss them when these days end, so fill your time with them as much as you can. And yeah قال صلى الله عليه وسلم «خيرُ الدعاءِ دعاءُ يومِ عرفة، وخيرُ ما قلتُ أنا والنبيون من قبلي: لا إلهَ إلا اللهُ وحده لا شريكَ له، له الملكُ وله الحمدُ، وهو على كلِّ شيءٍ قدير.» So فأكثروا من هذا أكرمكم الله May Allah allow us to be there next year in Arafah making dua ourselves InshaAllah and don’t forget me in your duas too🙂
