We will of course both be appealing the magistrate’s egregious personal decision, whether the appeal is accepted or not, is another thing. Noticer News remains censored from X this morning. The word “Noticer” was recently declared anti-Semitic by a Jewish organisation in Australia (ECAJ). ECAJ claims “Noticer” is a reference to “noticing”, a term previously used in online right wing political discourse when discussing patterns and inconsistencies involving Jews. Basically, “noticing” “Noticer” and the capital letter “N” is now hateful conduct in Australia and based on new hate-crime legislation, arguably unlawful. X has been manipulated into complying with the censorship demands based on its policy to comply with local laws.
