Pearls of Ar-Ruhayli - دُرَرُ الرُّحَيْلِي

Shaykh Sulaymān al-Ruhaylī (may Allah preserve him) said: الشيخ سليمان الرحيلي حفظه الله قال: “Since the emergence of the Khawārij in Islamic history, they have not been satisfied with any ruler from the rulers of the Muslims, starting with the two Rightly Guided Caliphs, Uthmān and ʿAlī (may Allah be pleased with them), and those after them.” منذ ظهور الخوارج في التاريخ الإسلامي لم يرضوا عن حاكم من حكام المسلمين بدءا من الخليفتين الراشدين عثمان وعلي رضي الله عنهما فمن بعدهما، “They believe that they did not rule by the Shariʿah, and they will not be satisfied with any ruler today, no matter who it is.” ويرون أنهم لم يحكموا الشرع، ولن يرضوا عن حاكم اليوم مهما كان، “Because their understanding of implementing the Shariʿah is deviant and unstable.” لأن فهمهم لتحكيم الشريعة منحرف مضطرب، “They are people of division and fragmentation, and they take up arms against those who oppose their view.” وهم أهل شقاق وانشقاق وحمل سلاح على من يخالف رأيهم، “And you will hear them say: ‘We did not fight and strive to establish this rule.’” وستسمعون منهم قولهم: ما قاتلنا وجاهدنا ليقام هذا الحكم، “So beware, beware!” فالحذر الحذر https://t.me/PearlsofRuhayli

Shaykh Sulaymān al-Ruhaylī (may Allah preserve him) said: قال الشيخ سليمان الرحيلي حفظه الله: “Pay attention to your actions, انتبه لأفعالك، pay attention to your speech, انتبه لكلامك، pay great attention to what you spread among the people, for you will be held accountable for it. انتبه انتباها شديدا لما تنشره بين الناس فإنك مسؤول عنه، And after all the conflicts, the praise of some people upon you, and the cursing of others towards you, وبعد كل الصراعات وثناء أناس عليك، وسب أناس لك you will enter your grave alone. ستدخل قبرك وحدك، And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Indeed, the grave is the first of the stages of the Hereafter. If one is saved from it, what comes after it is easier, and if one is not saved from it, what comes after it is more severe.” وقد قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: “إن القبر أول منازل الآخرة، فإن نجا منه فما بعده أيسر، وإن لم ينج منه فما بعده أشد منه.” And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “I have never seen a sight more terrifying than the grave.” وقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: “ما رأيت منظرا قط إلا والقبر أفظع منه.” https://t.me/PearlsofRuhayli

Shaykh Sulaymān al-Ruhaylī (may Allah preserve him) said: الشيخ سليمان الرحيلي حفظه الله قال: “Allah the Exalted and the believing, knowledgeable ones refuse for the people of the Sunnah to be Khawārij or for the Khawārij to be from the people of the Sunnah. يأبى الله تعالى والمؤمنون العارفون أن يكون أهل السنة خوارج أو أن يكون الخوارج من أهل السنة، The Khawārij are the worst of creation; we hate them in any time and place. الخوارج شرار الخلق نبغضهم في أي زمان ومكان، Their characteristics are well-known through the Sunnah, they are not unknown. وصفاتهم معلومة بالسنة ليست مجهولة، Those upon whom these characteristics apply in our time are known. ومن تنطبق عليهم تلك الصفات في زماننا معلومون، And between a Khārijī and one from the people of the Sunnah is only sincere repentance.” وليس بين الخارجي والكون من أهل السنة إلا توبة صادقة. https://t.me/PearlsofRuhayli

Shaykh Sulayman Ar-Ruhayli حفظه الله The Khawarij can only ever be bloodthirsty, barbaric, anarchic, and takfīrī individuals, foolish in their reasoning. They find it easy to take up arms against the believers, and there is no good in their ranks—rather, they are the worst of creation. They have shared recorded clips in which they declare takfīr on our rulers, mock the people of our land, and threaten our country with weapons, proclaiming: “We are coming, we are coming.” Similar statements will be seen from them in the days to come. Whoever finds comfort with the Khawarij is like one who finds comfort in the smoothness of a venomous snake’s skin. And you will remember what I am telling you. What is astonishing is the number of people who say, “Whoever does not… should review their ‘aqīdah,” while they themselves are in greater need of learning the creed regarding sects and the Khawārij than others.
