الشيخ سليمان الرحيلي حفظه الله Shaykh Sulayman Ar-Ruhayli, may Allah preserve him, said: عن أَنس بن مالك قال: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا دخل رجب قال: (اللهم بارك لنا في رجب وشعبان وبَلّغنا رمضان) On the authority of Anas ibn Malik, he said: “When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) entered Rajab, he would say: ‘O Allah, bless us in Rajab and Sha’ban, and allow us to reach Ramadan.’” هذا الحديث ضعفه جماعة منهم النووي وابن رجب وابن باز والألباني، فهو ضعيف لا تقوم به حجة، This hadith has been declared weak by a group of scholars, including An-Nawawi, Ibn Rajab, Ibn Baz, and Al-Albani. It is weak and cannot be used as evidence. ولو كان صحيحًا لما كان فيه دليل على تخصيص رجب بشيء من الأعمال، فكيف وهو ضعيف؟ And if it were authentic, it would not serve as evidence to specify any acts of worship for Rajab. الشيخ سليمان الرحيلي حفظه الله: Shaykh Sulayman Ar-Ruhayli, may Allah preserve him, said: “رجب بين جمادى وشعبان شهر من الأشهر الحرم التي يتأكد فيهن وجوب اجتناب الظلم بكل أنواعه، “Rajab is between Jumada and Sha’ban, a month of the sacred months in which it is emphasized to avoid oppression in all its forms. ولا يتعلق بدخوله شيء، فلا تشرع التهنئة بدخوله، ولا يخصص دخوله بصوم ولا بدعاء، Its entrance does not have anything attached to it; thus, it is not legislated to congratulate upon its arrival, nor is its entrance to be specified with fasting or supplication. فليس هناك شيء اسمه دعاء دخول رجب، ودعاء ‘اللهم بارك لنا في رجب وشعبان وبلغنا رمضان’ لا يصح عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.” There is no such thing as a supplication for the entrance of Rajab, and the supplication ‘O Allah, bless us in Rajab and Sha’ban, and allow us to reach Ramadan’ is not authentically narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him).” https://t.me/PearlsofRuhayli

السؤال : المريض العاجز عن الوضوء هل يصح أن يوضئه غيره ؟ وكذلك في التيمم ؟ الجواب : المريض العاجز عن الوضوء هل يصح أن يوضئه غيره؟ وأُضيف سؤالا آخر : هل يجب عليه أن يطلب من غيره أن يوضئه؟ أما هل يصح أن يوضئه غيره؟ فنعم يصح فإنه هو الذي ينوي، أعني الموضأ ويوضيه غيره كما لو كان بجواره رجل فقام متبرعا وجاء بالماء وقام يوضئه وهو ينوي الوضوء فلا حرج. لكن السؤال : هل يجب عليه أن يطلب مِنْ غيره أَنَّ يوضئه ؟ الجواب : إن كان الشخص المطلوب منه الوضوء أو التوضئة لا يمن عليه؛ كابنه وبنته؛ فإنه يجب عليه أن يطلب منه، أما إذا كان يمكن أن يمن عليه وَهُوَ الشخص الغريب؛ فلا يجب عليه أن يطلب منه، إن طلب منه فحسن، وإن تبرع ذاك فحسن، لكن هل يجب عليه؟ الجواب: لا، له أن يتيمم، فلا يجب عليه أن يطلب من شخص أن يوضئه إذا كان هذا الشخص يمكن أن يمتن عليه بفعله . Question: A sick person who is unable to perform wudu (ablution): is it valid for someone else to perform wudu for them? And what about in the case of tayammum (dry ablution)? Answer: A sick person who is unable to perform wudu: is it valid for someone else to perform wudu for them? I will add another question: Is it obligatory for them to ask someone else to perform wudu for them? As for whether it is valid for someone else to perform wudu for them, yes, it is valid, because they are the one who intends the wudu (niyyah), and the other person performs it on their behalf. For example, if there is a man nearby who volunteers, brings the water, and performs the wudu for them while they intend the wudu, then there is no problem. However, the question is: Is it obligatory for them to ask someone else to perform wudu for them? The answer: If the person being asked to assist in performing the wudu—such as their son or daughter—does not see it as a burden, then it is obligatory for them to ask. However, if the person being asked is a stranger who may see it as a burden, then it is not obligatory for them to ask. If they ask, it is good, and if the other person volunteers, it is also good. But is it obligatory to ask? The answer: No, they may perform tayammum. It is not obligatory to ask someone to perform wudu for them if that person might consider it a burden. السؤال : العمامة والصفة التي نلبسها اليوم مثل عمامة أهل اليمن، يقول: هل يجوز المسح عَلَيْهَا للوضوء؟ الجواب على كل حال : العمامة إذا كانت مسدلة على الرأس كهذه، فهذه لا يُمسح عَلَيْهَا، أما إذا كانت مشدودةً على الرأس شداً، فإنه يجوز المسحُ عَلَيْهَا مع الناصية، سواءً كانت محنكة أو لم تكن. وقولي: مشدودة على الرأس مقصود؛ لأن بعض العمائم ما تسدل وتلف على الرأس، لكن ما تشد مثل عمامة إخواننا أهل السودان، هذه مثل المسدلة، لا ما في إشكال في كون الإنسان يدخل يديه من تحتها ويمسح على الرأس. فالعمامة المشدودة على الرأس يُمسح عَلَيْهَا مع الناصية، ولو لم تكن محنكة على الراجح من أقوال العلماء.
