Not to be a relativist, that's the last thing I'd ever want to be, but in a world without prescribed purpose you MUST find it for yourself. Not that it had to be this way not that it should be this way.. it simply IS this way.. look to your ancestors and look to your heroes and look within, you can find meaning anon, I know you can.. it isn't complicated, to expect meaning without putting the work in is to expect being full without hunting for food, sure someone could feed you in the same way someone could have provided you with meaning, but that isn't the world we live in, no, not anymore. Such simple things as why you exist aren't given anymore, so you must take them and make them and proclaim "I am me and I am here cuz X"
