Not to be a relativist, that's the last thing I'd ever want to be, but in a world without prescribed purpose you MUST find it for yourself. Not that it had to be this way not that it should be this way.. it simply IS this way.. look to your ancestors and look to your heroes and look within, you can find meaning anon, I know you can.. I love you and I'm sorry that something as simple as this has turned into a riddle amongst the ruins

it isn't complicated, to expect meaning without putting the work in is to expect being full without hunting for food, sure someone could feed you in the same way someone could have provided you with meaning, but that isn't the world we live in, no, not anymore. Such simple things as why you exist aren't given anymore, so you must take them and make them and proclaim "I am me and I am here cuz X"

Meaning is a by product of doing, when what is achieved in the world by your doing aligns with your inner nature. Purpose and meaning isn't found or figured or philosophized. Meaning is earned just like everything else that's worth having
