😁 As expected, the market decided to shake out participants toward the end of last week. First, we got dragged below $64K, only to be aggressively pumped back above $65K. Personally, I view this current leg up as fake. However, it's way too early to lower our guard—no one is safe from further stop-hunts and wicked spikes to sweep remaining liquidity.
❗️ A wave of major macro events is lined up for this week, with the Fed's interest rate decision taking center stage. The market's baseline expectation is a rate pause. However, given persistent inflationary pressures, some analysts aren't ruling out a surprise hike. If the Fed actually pulls the trigger and raises rates, a black swan event for the markets is inevitable. | 4 944 |
| 3 | 😁 All targets hit. If we consolidate below the red line, it's a 100% short with targets in the $60K area. | 8 803 |

💻 Despite a minor bounce off our trendline, my bearish bias remains completely unchanged. This leg down might not materialize today, but I still expect us to hit the targets I mapped out in yesterday's post before the week comes to a close.
🌎 While we are busy dealing with channels on the charts, the re-blocking of the Strait of Hormuz has pumped oil prices right back to $100. The pressure on risk assets is palpable. Frankly, if it weren’t for Michael Saylor and his institutional peers holding the line, Bitcoin would have flushed down to the $50K region ages ago. | 10 003 |
| 5 | 🐻 The $65K level has been broken, and we are once again battling at the lower boundary of the lower-timeframe channel.
Ideally, the price should now take a quick trip down to $64K. That’s exactly where the moving averages sit, right alongside that very line from which we previously caught a strong long bounce—not once, but twice.
Let's see if the market shows the same respect for this zone this time around, or if the bears push for a deeper flush. | 9 087 |

📈 We have almost reached our immediate, obvious target around $65,000, and this is exactly where a major battle is bound to unfold. At roughly this point, the price will be retesting the higher-timeframe descending trendline. This is a moment of truth for the market: we will find out whether the recent breakout was a genuine trend reversal or just another textbook fakeout designed to sweep liquidity.
🗓 The tail end of this week is shaping up to be wild. Considering that next week brings a massive wave of heavy macroeconomic data (including US GDP and the Fed meeting), big capital has every incentive to stir up chaos on the charts right here and now, completely muddying the waters for traders before the real move. | 8 013 |
| 8 | 😳 Another major regulatory update has just landed out of the US.
During a House subcommittee hearing, legal experts noted that the upcoming CLARITY Act—the landmark bill Trump promised would finally bring overarching regulation to crypto—could grant the CFTC massive authority to crack down on prediction markets like Polymarket and Kalshi.
Here is a quick breakdown of what's going on:
- Right now, the CFTC, under its new chair, is trying to unilaterally assert control over the sector, arguing that event contracts qualify as "swaps" under its jurisdiction. This has triggered a fierce conflict with state regulators trying to treat these platforms as standard sports betting, and the Commission is simply too short-staffed to handle the onslaught of legal battles.
- The CLARITY Act is expected to hand the CFTC additional regulatory teeth for crypto, alongside the necessary resources and legal backing to clean up the "explosive growth" of prediction markets. The text of the bill is anticipated to drop very soon.
- US gambling industry groups are already lobbying to insert language into the bill that would explicitly ban event contracts tied to sports and casino-style gaming.
The US is moving aggressively to tighten the screws, building a rigid vertical of control over everything touching Web3 liquidity—from stablecoins (via the GENIUS Act) to prediction platforms. It remains to be seen how this will impact volumes on giants like Polymarket, but the regulatory noose is tightening fast. | 7 905 |

🔭 The price is clearly respecting the channel boundaries we mapped out. Yesterday, we pumped right up to its upper limit and are now seeing a completely logical short reaction. We shouldn't rule out a surge in short interest, which might prompt the market to push slightly higher just to hunt their immediate stops ($67K–$68K). On the flip side, if the bulls end up overcrowded, the price could easily slide down to clear out the long stops around $65K.
As for the higher-timeframe trendline I mentioned yesterday, the price action so far strongly resembles a fakeout. I won't jump to hasty conclusions just yet, but I'll say this: for now, I'm viewing any local upward spikes exclusively as potential entry points for a short.

| 10 | 😎 By the way, I completely missed the fact that Trump signed the GENIUS Act over the weekend. For those unaware, this is the first comprehensive federal regulatory framework for the stablecoin market in US history.
In short, the law establishes clear and simple rules for digital assets, aligns state and federal legislation, and guarantees that token holders are prioritized if an issuer ever faces insolvency.
For the market, this is a major long-term bullish trigger. | 7 434 |

📈 It’s been quite an interesting day. First, we locked in yet another fakeout to the downside, perfectly tapping the exact line I mentioned yesterday. Right after that, the price broke out of the upper boundary of the higher-timeframe descending channel, clearly hinting to the bulls that a full-scale rally might be starting from here.
🚨 Personally, I'm not buying into this rally just yet, but I have no doubt the market will want to play with our nerves and even attempt to print a confirmation of this breakout. Then, once retail FOMO spikes to the max, they can finally send it down for the ultimate flush. | 9 202 |
| 12 | 😎 Meanwhile, oil prices, which had previously dropped on talks of a potential truce between Iran and the US, are soaring once again. Mark this down as another strong bearish catalyst for the market. | 7 792 |

😁 Monday kicks off with some critical questions for the market once again. First off, we are testing the lower boundaries of the channel yet again. Keeping in mind how both previous attempts ended, we should definitely mark those fakeouts with a distinct line on the chart—there is clear buyer interest there.
❗️ However, what’s happening overhead is just as crucial. The price is getting squeezed by another, higher-timeframe trendline. Naturally, the crowd sees this line just as clearly as we do, meaning the price action around it is bound to offer us plenty of interesting trading setups. | 10 625 |
| 14 | 🤣 It played out beautifully yesterday—the early shorters got squeezed, which honestly surprises no one at this point. The dip below the channel turned out to be fakeout once again. Now that we're pushing back inside its boundaries, longs are starting to look much more favorable.
I'm thinking about catching a long after a minor pullback, though I'll most likely spend this weekend resting and recharging instead.
Do you trade over the weekend?

😳 Friday is off to an interesting start—the price is pushing for a channel breakdown once again, and I think this time we have a solid chance of sustaining the downward momentum. The immediate target is $61,500.
❗️ Even so, it’s crucial to remember that the inflation data is still fundamentally positive. Because of this, I don’t think the conditions for a deep dive below $60K are locked in just yet. More than likely, the market will just keep chopping and flushing out both sides while waiting for the next major catalyst. | 13 722 |
| 16 | ⚡️ While crypto was dumping, investors were frantically buying... Pokémon?
It turns out that in June, while Bitcoin plummeted over 20% and hit local lows, the onchain gacha sector experienced a historic boom. According to Blockworks Research, users spent a record $324 million buying tokenized Pokémon and other TCG cards. This massive RWA (Real World Asset) market has been quietly growing under the radar for a while.
Platforms like Collector Crypt and Courtyard take real, graded physical cards, lock them in secure vaults, and issue NFTs backed by them. The main driver behind this massive demand is the creation of a perfect speculative loop. In the traditional market, selling a rare card takes weeks, but onchain, it's reduced to just a couple of clicks. You buy a digital booster pack, open it, and if you don't get the card you wanted, you instantly sell it back to the platform for 85% of its value to immediately open the next one.
Yet, behind this speculative wrapper lies a very real utility: up to 30% of buyers eventually burn their NFTs to have the actual physical card shipped from the vault straight to their doorstep. It seems RWA tokenization has found its killer use case—except instead of real estate or gold, the crowd chose good old-fashioned excitement and collecting. | 11 409 |

😎 As expected, after sweeping the liquidity from above, the price headed downward. The immediate target is $63,500, and from there, I will be watching the buyer's reaction closely. Since the macro data on inflation (CPI and PPI) turned out to be relatively positive, I wouldn't consider a scenario with a super-sharp drop right now. Instead, we are more likely looking at a gradual slide or consolidation.
🏦 The only exception capable of dumping the market hard would be a fresh flare-up in the Middle East. To be fair, the market has already developed a strong immunity to routine retaliatory missile strikes, and they don't really scare anyone anymore. To trigger real panic, something truly massive and force majeure would have to happen. | 10 072 |
| 18 | 😳 It looks like the liquidity has been swept, and now the question is: where do we head next?

🤑 Yesterday, the price aggressively swept all the nearest highs. Now, the main question for me remains: "Is there really any reason for the price to go even higher?" Local highs have been cleared, and the obvious targets have been met. Sure, we could fully clean out the remaining liquidity in the $65,000 – $66,000 zone, but beyond that, I see a reversal within the channel and a move back down.
That said, I’m fully aware that the reaction to today's news can easily wreck any technical setup. So our plan remains unchanged: first we wait for the macro data, and only then do we make trading decisions. | 12 743 |
| 20 | 😁 We get a massive candle on the news, pump right back inside the channel, and flush out everyone who rushed to short it.
