Two days ago, on Tuesday, the IDF struck in northern Gaza and eliminated the terrorist Sharif Shadi Ibrahim Labad, a Nukhba terrorist in Hamas’ military wing. He was killed in a strike as he was going to assist, after a first strike killed another terrorist, as medical personnel (photos attached).
The terrorist infiltrated the Erez Crossing into Israel during the October 7 massacre.
In an additional strike earlier this week, on Monday, the terrorist Yusuf Saad Al-Din Rashad Zaim, a Nukhba commander in Hamas’ military wing, was also eliminated.
Recently, the terrorists advanced attacks against IDF troops and Israeli civilians and operated to restore the terrorist organization's capabilities, in a systematic violation of the ceasefire.

About 100 people were inside or around the building when it came down, and rescue crews said 45 people were pulled alive from the rubble. The building had previously sustained damage during the war and was known to be structurally compromised.
Among those killed was Mahmoud Saada (in red circle), a former bodyguard of Ismail Haniyeh, the former head of Hamas’s political bureau. Saada, his wife and their children were killed in the collapse.
Sources opposed to Hamas say an old Hamas tunnel beneath the building had recently undergone work that led to the collapse. | 3 |  Ahead of next week’s UN General Assembly in New York, the United States has again denied visas to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) and other senior PA and PLO officials, preventing the delegation from traveling to the gathering for the second consecutive year.
The State Department said the PA and PLO had once again failed to meet commitments made to the United States and continued activities that undermine prospects for peace, such as continued payments to families of terrorists imprisoned for terorrist attacks against Israelis.

| 4 |  +1In the UK, a Gaza memorial tapestry featuring more than 50,000 names is on display at Leeds Minster, a Church of England church, despite thr fact that at least 12 Palestinian Islamic Jihad members and one Hamas member were identified among those included in the wider project. Both groups are proscribed terrorist organizations in the UK.
The panels containing the 12 identified PIJ-linked names are not being displayed in Leeds.
The Jewish Chronicle reported that the church ensured their exclusion after concerns were raised, while project founder Mary Evers said space limitations determined which panels were displayed and that no names were deliberately removed. She said the project uses Hamas's Gaza Health Ministry death records and inclusion does not constitute endorsement of one's actions.
Leeds Minster has defended the exhibition as a peaceful memorial to those killed in Gaza, while saying it is also mindful of Israelis killed since October 2023. The exhibition remains open through September 20. | 155 |
| 5 |  +1Overnight, Russia launched a large-scale missile and drone attack across Ukraine, using 157 drones and decoys alongside ballistic, cruise and other missiles. Ukrainian defenses reported intercepting or suppressing 131 aerial targets, while impacts were recorded at 36 locations across the country, striking Kiev, Odesa and Zaporizhzhia.
At least 16 people were wounded in Kiev, where residential and other buildings were damaged. In Odesa, 3 people were injured after a strike hit a 19-storey apartment building, while 3 more people were wounded in Zaporizhzhia, where a missile strike sparked a fire at an industrial facility.
Overnight, Ukraine also launched long-range drone attacks into Russia, targeting military and energy infrastructure. Explosions and a large fire were reported at the Tsentralny military airfield in Rostov-on-Don.
Drones also struck the Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in Yaroslavl, one of Russia’s largest refineries, with capacity to process more than 15 million tonnes of crude oil annually. Regional authorities confirmed damage to the refinery and a fire, which was later extinguished, with no casualties reported. | 156 |

| 7 |  An Afghan ISIS-K operative, Mohammad Sharifullah, 28, has been sentenced to the maximum 20 years in U.S. federal prison, followed by lifetime supervised release, for participating in a nine-year conspiracy to provide material support to the terrorist organization.
Sharifullah supported more than a dozen ISIS-K attacks between 2016 and his capture in Pakistan in 2025, including conducting surveillance and transporting a suicide bomber ahead of the 2016 attack targeting guards protecting the Canadian Embassy in Kabul, and providing weapons instruction to ISIS-K gunmen involved in the 2024 Crocus City Hall massacre near Moscow.
The case centered heavily on the August 26, 2021 Abbey Gate suicide bombing during the U.S. evacuation from Afghanistan, which killed 13 American service members and approximately 160 Afghan civilians. Prosecutors established at trial that ISIS-K tasked Sharifullah with scouting a route to Kabul airport shortly before the attack and that he reported back that it was clear of Taliban checkpoints. Hours later, ISIS-K suicide bomber Abdul Rahman al-Logari detonated his explosives at Abbey Gate.
However, an important legal distinction emerged at trial: while jurors convicted Sharifullah of the ISIS-K material-support conspiracy, they could not unanimously conclude that deaths resulted from his participation, preventing a potential life sentence. His defense argued that he was not responsible for the Abbey Gate bombing and challenged incriminating statements he made while detained in Pakistan as coerced. At Wednesday’s sentencing in Alexandria, Virginia, Judge Anthony Trenga nevertheless described Sharifullah as a dedicated terrorist who had demonstrated no remorse and imposed the statutory maximum sentence. | 242 |

Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026, sending one of Washington’s most sweeping new sanctions packages against Moscow to President Donald Trump after the House voted 262–159 to concur with Senate amendments to H.R. 5334. The Senate previously approved the measure 86–11.
The legislation expands sanctions on Russian officials, banks, energy and defense interests, foreign networks supporting Russia’s war in Ukraine and its shadow fleet of oil tankers, while also strengthening Iran-related sanctions.
Crucially, it gives Trump authority to impose tariffs of up to 100% on goods from the largest purchasers of Russian oil and natural gas, potentially affecting major trading partners such as China and India, although the tariffs are discretionary rather than automatic and include exemptions and waiver authority.
The legislation was championed by the late Republican Senator Lindsey Graham and ultimately renamed in his honor; supporters argue the measures could sharply reduce the energy revenues financing Russia’s war, while opponents from both parties raised concerns about granting the White House broad tariff powers and the potential economic consequences for U.S. consumers and trading partners. During the visit, field intelligence, Yahalom and reserve forces demonstrated robotic systems and advanced weapons designed to support operations and strengthen defenses along the northern front. Zamir approved the main principles of the IDF’s defensive concept for the area and instructed commanders to reinforce operational preparedness and maintain a high level of alert in accordance with evolving threats and missions.

| 15 |  The U.S. Air Force will integrate its Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) fighter drones into a large-force employment exercise for the first time this December, when the autonomous aircraft participate in Emerald Flag, marking a major step toward operational deployment of robotic wingmen alongside crewed fighters.
Emerald Flag is a recurring U.S. Air Force large-scale experimentation and combat-integration exercise, led primarily by the Air Force Test Center at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. Unlike a conventional training exercise focused mainly on pilots practicing combat scenarios, Emerald Flag is designed to test new technologies and connect them with operational forces under realistic, complex battlefield conditions.
Lt. Col. Lyndon Bartlett of the Air Force’s Experimental Operations Unit said the exercise will be the program’s first genuine large-scale force-integration test. The service is currently developing the General Atomics FQ-42 Vengeance and Anduril FQ-44 Fury, with the Fury already having flown in formation with F-35s during testing in July, although the F-35 was not controlling the drone.

| 16 |  Belarus has released 25 political prisoners following talks in Minsk between President Alexander Lukashenko and U.S. President Donald Trump’s special envoy John Coale, in exchange for another round of U.S. sanctions relief.
Washington agreed to lift sanctions on 2 Belarusian state-linked companies, Lakokraska and Bellesbumprom, and has also been discussing the return of frozen Belarusian assets, while those freed include journalists, human-rights activists and other political detainees.

The terrorist infiltrated Israeli territory from southern Gaza during the October 7 massacre and took part in the encounter with the Armored Corps soldiers from Tank No. 3, as well as in the abduction of Captain Omer Neutra, Staff Sergeant Oz Daniel, and Sergeant Nimrod Cohen.
