What are the Cadet Corps (Youth programs)? Cadets or cadet corps are voluntary youth programs sponsored by a national military service or ministry of defence. These programs are aimed to provide youths with activities associated with military or paramilitary training, including drills, physical fitness, and education. Although these youth organisations are modelled after their sponsoring military service, they do not form a part of these services nor do they constitute a military service in their own right. Several civilian organisations, including civil defence, police services, and emergency medical services like St John Ambulance, may also operate or sponsor their own "cadet" youth programs. I said in a previous post that Anarchist paramilitary groups will be permitted to fund themselves, as well as their training activities, through the collection of Land Value Taxes. The Cadet programs, as well as general education for the children, form part of their training activities.

1. Secondary education to no longer start in the student's seventh year but in their eight year, and they shall spend their seventh year instead in primary education. 2. Secondary students to no longer be enrolled in a single school but enrolled on a universal register and be issued with a Student ID card. Students can sign in to any secondary academy who's curricula they wish to partake in using their ID cards. 3. The morning rota is to be compromised of the compulsory curricula of Maths, literacy, and reproductive education. The morning rota is to run until lunchtime, after which there will be an hour's break time. 4. GCSEs to be abolished and replaced with simplified end of year tests. 5. To prevent truancy, secondary academies must perform quarterly attendance reviews with their students, which are to be submitted to the regional education board, and receipted to the student for their own record. How will the defense and internal security be funded? Each paramilitary force will be required to fund itselves through the collection of Land Value Taxes (LVT) for its' defense and training activities. These paramilitary forces will also come together to form a cohesive federal armed forces commanded by a single military council. The multi-ethnic Syrian Democratic Forces in Syria is a prime example of this arrangement. These paramilitary forces will also provide internal security services such as the gendarmerie, fire brigades and ambulance crews.
