| 8 |  Armenia lags behind all its regional peers in the Government AI Readiness Index, ranking 103rd out of 195 countries.
The index evaluates how effectively governments adopt and govern artificial intelligence.
Armenia’s lowest-scoring pillar is “Development and Diffusion” (score: 24), indicating that the local AI sector is not yet mature enough to meet internal demand or drive long-term AI innovation.
Conversely, its strongest pillar is “Public Sector Adoption” (score: 57), highlighting the government’s ability to scale AI solutions through its e-government delivery capabilities.
To note that in 2024 Armenia held 88-th position.
Globally, the top three spots are held by the United States, France, and the United Kingdom.

Հայաստանը Կառավարության ԱԲ պատրաստվածության 2025թ․֊ի ինդեքսում զիջում է տարածաշրջանային բոլոր երկրներին՝ 195 երկրների շարքում զբաղեցնելով 103-րդ տեղը։
Ինդեքսը գնահատում է, թե որքանով են կառավարություններն արդյունավետորեն ներդնում և կարգավորում արհեստական բանականությունը։ Հայաստանի ամենացածր միավոր ունեցող բաժինը «Զարգացում և տարածում» ցուցանիշն է (24 միավոր), ինչը ցույց է տալիս, որ տեղական ԱԲ ոլորտը դեռևս բավարար հասուն չէ ներքին պահանջարկը բավարարելու կամ երկարաժամկետ ԱԲ նորարարությունները առաջ մղելու համար։
Իսկ ամենաուժեղ բաժինը «Հանրային հատվածն է» է (57 միավոր), ինչն ընդգծում է ԱԲ լուծումներն ընդլայնելու կառավարության կարողությունը՝ դա դրսևորելով էլեկտրոնային կառավարման ծառայությունների մատուցման միջոցով։
Հարկ է նշել, որ 2024թ.ին Հայաստանը զբաղեցնում էր 88-րդ հորիզոնականը։
