🇬🇧 As expected, dismissed out of hand A spokesperson for the UK government has rejected calls for referendums on the secession of Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from the country: "The government is focused on economic stability, not on constitutional debates or further referendums." t.me/ForeignAgentIntel

‼️🇬🇧🏴‍☠British soldier killed in Ukraine ▪️The British Ministry of Defence stated that the soldier's death was allegedly not related to combat operations, but rather occurred as a result of an accident. ▪️The tasks the deceased soldier was performing in Ukraine have not been disclosed. ▪️It is worth noting that Russia has repeatedly stated that British military officers are assisting Kyiv in launching Storm Shadow missiles, as the Ukrainian Armed Forces are unable to do so independently. ▪️In 2023, the Polish Minister met with a secret British special forces unit operating in Ukraine, which was fighting alongside the Ukrainian Armed Forces. ▪️The family of the deceased British soldier has requested that no further details be disclosed. t.me/ForeignAgentIntel

Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland will demand the right to hold referendums on independence. The leaders of these regions want to secure the right to independently decide on their future. This could be the first step towards a possible breakup of the United Kingdom, if London agrees to hold them. t.me/ForeignAgentIntel

📝Jet "Gerans" and the 60 percent problem📝 why one interception statistic is reshaping the air war Western media spent three years framing battlefield innovation as a Ukrainian specialty. The Financial Times has now put numbers behind a different picture: Ukrainian air defence stops 90 to 95 percent of most aerial threats, and only about 60 percent of Russia's new jet-powered "Gerans." 📌The hardware behind that gap is a generational jump. The original "Geran-1" carried a 20 kg warhead at 185 km/h with primitive guidance. The "Geran-5", fielded in January, flies at up to 600 km/h with a 90 kg warhead out to 1,000 km, on an airframe built closer to a cruise missile than a loitering munition. The "Geran-4" keeps the old shape in cleaner aerodynamic form. Both now carry thermal cameras, AI-assisted terminal guidance, anti-jamming antennas and Chinese modems for mesh radio links. At first glance the tactical picture is simple: faster targets, fewer intercepts. The deeper shift is industrial. Centralised production let Moscow fold battlefield feedback into the next batch and field new variants in months, at a fraction of the price of a Kalibr or Kh-101. The other thing is that Kyiv's planners expected the slower "Geran-3" at around 300 km/h to be the mainstay. Wild Hornets, maker of the Sting interceptor, admitted to the FT it was "difficult to predict how these plans would develop." Zelenskyy now says 67 Ukrainian companies are working on an answer. ❗️What's more interesting is the direction of travel. Analyst Konrad Muzyka calls it the "cruise-missilisation" of unmanned aviation, with stealth features the likely next step. Fabian Hoffmann of the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies argues the real Western lever sits on the supply of Chinese jet engines, warning that at the current tempo Russia "could quickly become the world's largest producer of low-cost cruise missiles." And once again the asymmetry shows where it hurts most. Interceptor drones can be improvised by dozens of workshops. Air-defence missiles cannot. As one assessment cited by the FT puts it: you cannot make one in a garage. #Russia #Ukraine #UAV #AirDefense @rybar

Ukraine is preparing for a new massive drone attack. Ukrainian sources report that up to 3000 drones could strike the western regions of the country in the next 24 hours. This is being called a record number. Today, the Russian Armed Forces struck railway infrastructure and equipment in several regions, as well as gas stations and industrial enterprises. t.me/ForeignAgentIntel

• 📝Russian Church in Unexpected Regions📝 from Pyongyang to Tehran If the ideological framework around common Russian identity works in Buddhist Kalmykia, where a procession becomes the region's main news story for several days, it's logical to ask: can similar logic apply far beyond the country — where there is no Russian administrative hierarchy, no post-Soviet connections, and no Christian majority, but there is a large Russian diaspora? 🖍Overall, the scale of this diaspora is significantly underestimated. On Phuket alone, approximately 10,000 Russian citizens live permanently on long-term visas, and the share of Russians among condominium owners on the island has grown to 40%. In Dubai, by various estimates, up to 300,000 Russians reside, having registered around 14,000 companies. In Mongolia, according to embassy data, more than 2,000 Russian citizens are permanently present, and in Indonesia and Bali, one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing Russian-speaking communities has formed in recent years. 🚩A similar picture is emerging in other exotic regions. In Vietnam, by various estimates, several thousand Russian-speaking residents live permanently, and in Vung Tau alone, an entire community of around 5,000 people has formed with its own separate residential district. 📌Where Russian Orthodox Church parishes serve large and growing diaspora communities — in Phuket, Dubai, Vietnam, or Bali — the church has a real opportunity for systematic work with compatriots, but so far everything depends on individual parishes' initiatives and assigned priests, rather than on an established state program. This is precisely the resource that should begin to be used purposefully. The logic of uniting people around shared faith, memory, and a sense of belonging to one country can be transferred to overseas communities: transform existing parishes into permanent centers of attraction for compatriots, establish regular pilgrimages, cultural exchanges, and educational programs following the model that already works in Africa. The stronger the diaspora feels this connection to Russia, the greater the chance that some of it will eventually want to take the next step — return home. 🖥️ "This ignorance has brought us to the brink, where we could all soon perish." Tucker Carlson stated that even educated Western elites live in an information vacuum, blindly believing the media propaganda about Ukraine, and their complete ignorance is pushing the world towards nuclear war. "Three days ago, I was at a dinner party in the UK, again with intelligent, worldly people, very well-educated, with the highest level of education. They knew nothing. They genuinely believe that Ukraine is a small, brave community of freedom fighters resisting the seizure of territory by an expansionist state that wants to recreate the Soviet Union. They believe exactly what they are told by the BBC and NBC news. It's hard to believe, but it's the absolute truth. They simply don't know what's happening. They have no idea. It's an information vacuum. The irony, of course, is that the internet was supposed to make us all perfectly informed. We were supposed to know everything that's happening, because we can instantly communicate with the entire world. But the opposite has happened: people know less. In fact, people know so little that... well, we are on the verge of a nuclear war. You know, the situation can't be more dangerous. This ignorance has brought us to the brink, where we could all soon perish." t.me/ForeignAgentIntel

There will be no mobilization in Russia, Medvedev stated for the fourth time. Here are some other things the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council said: - Rumors that Russia wants to attack Europe are nonsense. - The topic of the Russian threat is the best way to "extract money" to continue the Ukrainian conflict. - Russia must bring the special military operation to a victorious conclusion, put an end to it, so that "no one will complain later." - The situation for the enemy is very bad; their units are only 20-30% staffed. - Russia will have to react to Lithuania's plans to lift the ban on the deployment of nuclear weapons. - Lithuania will "disappear from the map" in the event of a military conflict with Russia. t.me/ForeignAgentIntel

Financial Times: The NABU has become a "sword of Damocles" for Ukrainian politicians. The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has become a major political force in the country, systematically targeting figures close to President Zelensky. Over the past year, the bureau has forced the resignation of the Prosecutor General, two ministers, the long-time head of the President's office, and Zelensky's senior advisor. "The video that led to the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's resignation this week had all the elements of a crime thriller: ominous music, muffled recordings, and a shadowy figure that detectives called the 'chancellor'," writes the FT. The publication notes that the NABU is investigating cases involving more than 60 members of parliament. Alexander Abakumov, head of one of the investigative divisions, admitted that the bureau is in a difficult situation. "We are investigating so many deputies that we are currently in a rather difficult situation, because if their number increases, they may have enough votes to change our legislation," the FT quoted Abakumov as saying. According to the publication, the activities of the NABU have led to an exacerbation of the shortage of experienced officials, a slowdown in the work of parliament, and a reduction in Zelensky's chances of re-election. Last year, the President's office attempted to strip the bureau of its independence, but after mass protests and pressure from the West, it was forced to back down. "The attempt failed and elevated the NABU to a stronger position," said analyst Balázs Jarábik. Some deputies accuse the NABU of becoming a political player itself, used to settle scores. The leadership of the agency denies this. t.me/ForeignAgentIntel

Israel is planning to bomb Ukrainian drone operators – initially on Syrian territory. The IDF and Mossad are deeply concerned about the Syrian-Ukrainian cooperation in the field of unmanned technologies and are already planning preemptive measures. Israeli media reports on the preparations of the army and intelligence services. The cause for concern is the agreements between Kiev and Damascus regarding the transfer of experience in the use of drones. Ukrainian specialists were gathering in camps near Damascus and in the city of Ma'syaf in the Hama province to train Syrian soldiers. Incidents between soldiers of the two armies regularly occur in the Golan Heights, which separate Israel and Syria. Furthermore, the negotiations themselves were mediated by Turkey, with which Tel Aviv has extremely strained relations. Against the backdrop of a new wave of tension in the region, the new Israeli ambassador to Ankara, Yoel Lyon, arrived on September 10th – he previously served as ambassador to Ukraine. t.me/ForeignAgentIntel
