Our Wellness Wednesday on 10 July is a pre-recorded conversation with Melissa Vermaak, Spinal Flow Practitioner. Melissa has been practising Spinal Flow since 2021 and it's becoming an integral part of her life. She accesses the innate healing intelligence of the body to help people become more aware and to raise their consciousnesses. She also uses sound healing and crystal healing in sessions. The ultimate goal is to remind people of the incredible power of their bodies and to help them remember who they truly are.
