Abu Bakrah -may Allah be pleased with him- reported that the Messenger ﷺ said:
“When two Muslims fight each other with their swords, both the murderer and the murdered shall enter the fire.”
It was asked: “ O Messenger of Allahﷺ , I can understand this in regard to the murderer, but what about the murdered?”
He repliedﷺ: “He hoped to kill his companion.”

At-Tabarani who reported on the authority of Ibn Abbas -may Allah be pleased with them - that The Prophet ﷺ said:
“There is no believing servant but that he has a sin he habitually commits from time to time, Or a sin abiding over him that he does not abandon until he departs the world.
Verily, the believer was created to be tested, repenting and forgetful.
If he is reminded, he will remember.”

Imaam Ibn Hazm -may Allaah have mercy upon him- said:
The attribute of lying, there's nothing MORE despicable than it in this world nor in the hereafter.

Ibn Abi ad-dunya mentioned that the Prophet Dawud (alayhi salam) asked Allah:
"What is the least of your blessings?.”
Allah revealed to him,
"O Dawud, take a breath."
Dawud did so, and Allah told him:
"That is the least of My Blessings on you.”

Give Life to this Sunnah and May Allah Give You Success
On the authority of Ubayy ibn Ka’b -may Allah be pleased with him- who said:
Allah’s Messenger ﷺ would say after the taslim of the Witr prayer:
“ Sub-ha-nal Malikil Quddus (Exalted are You, the Sovereign, the Holy)” three times, raising his voice with the third one.”
[
Its chain is sahih, reported in Mishkat al-Masabih 1227]

Ahmad bin Abdillah Al-Hafidh Abu Nu’aym al-Asbahani -may Allah have mercy on him- One of the great scholars, Suduq (ie: a truthful person), about whom criticisms were made without hujjah (ie: proper evidences).
However, this was for him an uqubah (ie: punishment) from Allah for his unjust words about Ibn Mandah on the basis of hawa (ie: desires and whim).

Khadijah -may Allah be pleased with her- was one of the most perfect of an-nisa' (ie: women).
She was aqil (ie: intelligent), jalilah (ie: honourable), devoted, virtuous and karimah (ie: generous).
She is from Ahl al-Jannah (ie: the people of Paradise).
The Prophet ﷺ used to praise her above the rest of the Mothers of the Believers.

Al-Fallas reported: I heard Abu Dawud -may Allah have mercy on him- saying:
“I can recite 30,000 narrations and there is no arrogance in this.
And in my heart there are 12,000 narrations of Uthman al-Burri that none from the people of Basrah have asked me about, So I went to Asbahan and I narrated these narrations to them.”

As-Shaykh Muhammad bin Adam Al-Ithiobi -may Allah have mercy on him- said:
What is obligatory upon the Muslim if his madhab opposes a hadith Sahih is that he leaves his madhab and acts upon what is textually authentic.
He excuses his Imam with the excuse that this particular text did not reach him, or it reached him but he incorrectly explained to indicate something else.
So pay attention to this point: O intellectual one.
As this issue is very important, yet many of those about whom good and uprightness is assumed contradicted this issue.
However, al-insaan (ie: the humans) are prone to error.
Like Al-Imam Malik -may Allah have mercy on him- said:
“Everyone has his speech taken or rejected except the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.”
And Allah the Exalted knows best that which is correct.

Repost from Ranks Of The Wayfarers
Fasting the 3 White Days:
◻️ Friday 2nd January 2026
{13th Rajab 1447}
◻️ Saturday 3rd January 2026
{14th Rajab 1447}
◻️ Sunday 4th January 2026
{15th Rajab 1447}
It has been reported from Jarir Bin Abdillah -may Allah be pleased with him- that the Prophet ﷺ said:
“Fasting three days of each month is equivalent to fasting for a lifetime and the shining days of al-beedh (the white days) are the 13th, 14th & 15th .”

💯 Miscellaneous Benefits from Yemen
BENEFIT 72: EASY ZAKAH CALCULATION
When one's annual savings exceeds the threshold (Nisaab), they have to give 2.5% of the total amount towards Zakah.
The easiest way to calculate 2.5% is to divide the total amount by 40.
For example:
2.5% of £5000
=
£5000 ÷ 40 = £125
£125 is the amount I must give to charity.

The noble Shaykh Muhammad bin Salih al-Uthaymin may Allah the Exalted have mercy on him was asked regarding: the hukm (ie: ruling) on delaying az-zakah until Ramadhan (ie: for the reward associated with that month)?
The noble (Shaykh) answered:
Zakah, like other good deeds, if done at a time that is regarded as having special virtue, that is better, but when zakah becomes due and the year has passed, it becomes obligatory to pay it, and it should not be delayed until Ramadhan.
If the zakah year ends in Rajab, he should not delay it until Ramadhan; rather he should pay it in Rajab.
If the zakah year ends in Muharram, he should pay it in Muharram and not delay it until Ramadhan.
But if the zakah year ends in Ramadhan, then he should pay it in Ramadhan.
The same applies if some emergency arises among the Muslims and he wants to bring forward his zakah and give it before the year has passed; there is nothing wrong with that.

Ibn Daqiq Al-'idy -may Allah have mercy on him- said:
“The honour of the Muslims is a pit of Hellfire.
Two groups from the people are standing at the edge (of this pit):
al-muhadithin and wal-hukkam (ie: the scholars of hadith and the judges due to how they have to speak about the conditions of narrators).”

Abu al-Qaasim bin Mani' reported: I wanted to go to Suwayd bin Sa'eed, So I said to Ahmad Ibn Hanbal:
“Write to him for me (to introduce me to him so he may narrate to me).”
So he wrote: “And this is a man who writes hadith.”
So I said: O Abu Abd Allah (ie: Imam Ahmad) it would be better for you and for me if you wrote: “This man is from Ashaab (ie: disciples of) al-Hadith.”
He said (in reply): “Sahib al-Hadith according to us is the one who acts upon the narrations (not just writes them down).”
