በኢትዮጵያ የሕንጻ ነክ ሕጎች መሰረት በአንድ የሕንጻ ተቋራጭ ሥር የሚሰሩ ምክትል /ንዑስ/ ሥራ ተቋራጮች (Sub contractors) ወይም ሠራተኞች (labours) ዋናው ተቋራጭ ለሠሩበት ሥራ ሳይከፍላቸው ከቀረ እና ለሠሩበት ሥራ ዋጋ እንዲከፈላቸው ክስ ካቀረቡ ክሳቸውን ባቀረቡበት ጊዜ አሠሪው ለሥራ ተቋራጩ ሊከፍል በሚገባው ገንዘብ መጠን በቀጥታ ገንዘባቸውን የመጠየቅ መብት ስላላቸው ያንን ክፍያ የማግኘት መብት አላቸው። ለምሳሌ፦ አንድ ተቋራጭ በውል ሰነዱ ውስጥ የአንድ ካሬሜትር የፎርምወርክ ሥራን በ500 ብር ሂሳብ ተዋውሎ ለምክትል ሥራ ተቋራጮች  (Sub contractors) በ300 ብር ተነጋግሮ ካሠራቸው በኋላ ክፍያ ሳይከፍላቸው ቢቀር (ቢያዘገይባቸው) ክስ ማቅረብ ይችላሉ። ክስ ሲያቀርቡ ሥራውን ለመሥራታቸው ማረጋገጫ ካቀረቡ እና የሥራው ጥራት ታይቶ ተቀባይነት ካገኘ ዋናው ተቋራጭ የተዋዋለበትን 500ብር ሊከፈላቸው የሚችልበት አግባብ አለ ማለት ነው
