👉የአርማታ ሙሌታ (Concrete Compaction) ቁጥጥር 1. የግብአት ጥራትን (Materials Quality)፦ በአርማታ ሙሌት ሥራ ሂደት ውስጥ የሚጠቀማቸውን የማምረቻ ግብአቶች ጥራት በተገለጸው መስፈርት መሰረት የሚያሟሉ መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ አለበት። ይህ ማለት የቀረበው ሲሚንቶ (Cement) አይነትና የምርጥ ጥራት፣ የአሸዋ (sand or Fine aggregate) እና ጠጠር (Coarse Aggregate)ሳይንሳዊ ምዘናን ማሟላቱን፣ የማቅጠኛ ውሀ (Water) የኮንክሬት ስትራክቸሩን ሊጎዳ የሚችል ኬሚካልና ቆሻሻ የሌለው የጠራ ውሃ መሆኑን እና ሌሎች ተጨማሪ ኬሚካል (Admixture) መለያ አይነት የተሟላ መሆኑን ሳይንሳዊ ማስረጃ ላይ ተደግፎ የማረጋገጥ ሂደትን መተግበር ማለት ነው። በዚህ ረገድ የግብአት መሐንዲሱ (Materials Engineer) ለሳይቱ በቀረበው የቤተሙከራ ክፍል ውስጥ በመስራት የማረጋገጥ አልያም በቅርቡ በሚገኝ የቤተሙከራ አገልግሎት ሰጪ ተቋማ በማሰራት የግብአቶችን ጸባይ የመለየትና ማረጋገጫ የመስጠት ግዴታ ይኖርበታል። 2. የግብአቶችን ልኬት (Batching of materials):- በተለይ በሀገራችን የግንባታ ልምድ ኮንክሬት በሚመረትበት ሰዓት ያለው የአሸዋ፣ የጠጠር እና የውሃ ልኬት ለችግር የተጋለጠ ነው። አንድ 1፡2፡3 ምጥጥንን መሰረት አድርጎ ዲዛይን የተሰራ አርማታ አንድ እጅ ሲሚንቶ፣ ሁለት እጅ አሸዋ፣ ሦስት እጅ ጠጠር መጠቀም አለበት ማለት ቢሆንም የመቀላቀያ ማሽኑ ተቆጣጣሪ (Mixer Operator) ይህንን ምጥጥን ጠብቆ አምራታ የማምረት ልምድ ቸልተኝነት የተሞላበት እንደሆነ ይስተዋላል። ተቆጣጣሪ መሐንዲስ በምጥጥን (Proportion) መሰረት እየተመረት መሆኑን መቆጣጠር የግድ ነው። 3. የማሽን እና መሳሪያ ደህንነት (Equipments Security):- የኮንክሬት ድብልቅ ማምረቻ ማሽኖች (mixers) ደህንነታቸው የተረጋገጠ ወይም በአግባቡ የሚሰሩ መሆናቸውን ማረጋገጥ፣ የኮንክሬት ግብአቶችን መለኪያ ሳጥኖችን (box) ርዝመት ወርድ እና ቀመት (L, W, H) አግባብነት ያለው መሆኑን (ለምሳሌ፦ 18*40*50)፣ የሰው ህይወት እንዳይጠፋ ብሎም የካሳ ሙግትና የሥራ ማቆም መሰናክል እንዳይፈጠር የሰራተኞች ደህንነት መጠበቂያ አልባሳት የተሟሉ መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ አለበት። 4. በአግባቡ መጠቅጠቁን፦ የሚሞላው አርማታ በተለይ ምሰሶ (column) እና የምሰሶ ጫማ (Footing Pad) በክፍልፋይ ላየሮች  ከፋፍሎ እያንዳንዱ የላየር ክፍል ጫፍ ላይ ሲደርስ በኤሌክትሪክ መንዘሪያ (Vibrator) በደንብ መጠቅጠቅ መቻል አለበት። የአርማታ መጠቅጠቅ እያንዳንዱ የግንባታ ግብአት በአግባቡ የተሰራጨ እንዲሆን እና የቀጠነው አርማታ ወደታች ወርዶ ጠጠራማው ወደላይ እንዳይቀር በማድረግ የትኛውም የስትራክቸር ክፍል ተመሳሳይ አይነት ጥንካሬ እንዲኖረው ያደርጋል። 5. የአርማታ ድርቀት እንዳይኖር መቆጣጠር፦ የአርማታ ሙሌት ሂደት ላይ አዲስ የተመረተ አርማታ አላስፈላጊ ደቂቃዎችን ሳይሞላ መቆየት የለበትም። አርማታ ሳይሞላ ከሚክሰር እንደተገለበጠ የሚቆይ ከሆነ በፎርምወርክ ውስጥ ሆኖ መያዝ ያለበትን የመጀመሪያ ጥንካሬ (Initial Setting) መያዝ ስለሚጀምር ከዚያ በኋላ ሙሌትን ለማከናወን አዳጋች ከመሆኑም በላይ የሚፈለገውን የኮንክሬት ስትራክቸር ጥንካሬ ለማግኘት አዳጋች ይሆናል። 6. የድኅረ ሙሌት ቁጥጥር፦ አርማታ ከተሞላ በኋላ በሳይንስ የተቀመጡ የፎርምወርቅ ማስወገጃ ቀናቶችን (Formwork Removal time) ጠብቆ እንዲፈርስ ማድረግ (በተለይ በቀዝቃዛማ እና ዝናባማ አካባቢዎች)፣ የተሞላው አርማታ በአግባቡ ውሃ እየጠጣ (curing) መሆኑን መከታተል እና የሚቀጥሉ የኮንክሬት ስትራክቸሮች ካሉ የተሞላው አርማታ በቂ ጥንካሬ ካገኘ በኋላ ሥራቸው የሚጀምር መሆኑን መከታተል አለበት። 🏷ለወዳጅዎ ሼር ያርጉት🙏 🎲ለማንኛውም አስተያየትዎ  እና ሀሳብዎ ይጻፉልን! 📜ለ ስራ እና ጨረታዎች ምንለቅበት ቻናል ለመቀላቀል👉 @ETCONpWORK 📩ሊጽፉልን ካሰቡ @ETCONpBOT 💫ቲክቶክ:👇 www.tiktok.com/@etconp7 @etconp
