بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم منشور رقم(6 ) السلام عليكم 🙂✋ الليلة حنتكلم عن موضوع محتاج حبببة تركيز وتكرار(لأنو حفظ طبعا🌚) ألا وهو (Forearm)🔥🔥🔥 •اسمها forearm زي ما عارفين لكن ممكن تجي بأسماء تانية 😃 زي Lower arm or antebrachium ظريف؟😊 طيب أرح نكمل🔥 •طيب موقعها وييين؟🔎 Extend form elbow to the wrist من كوعك إلى رسغك سهلة طبعا😂 •وحنلقى أنها بتحتوي لينا على عظمتين وهم ال Radius latrally &ulna medially 👍 •وكمان حنلقى حاجة إسمها interosseous membrane ودا عبارة عن strong ligamentous band 🪢 بتربط لينا الshaftحقت الradius و الulna عشان الآتي: ١.يوفر لينا سطح إضافي لإرتباط العضلات💪 Additional surface for muscle attachment ٢.وتسمح لينا بحركة الpronation &supination🫲🫱 وبكدا بتربط لينا العظمتين مع بعض أثناء الحركة يلا متذكرين حنك تغليفة السندوتش الفي البوست الفات😂🌯 يلا هي قاعد هنا برضو فبكون عندنا deep fascia مغلفة لينا الforearm وبتتصل لينا مع الulna بورا Posteriorly فزي المرة الفاتت حنسمي الحاجات الذكرناها فوق دي بosseofacial compartment بتقسم لينا الforearm ل مجموعات ..أي واحدة بعضلاتها ونيرفاتها والblood supplyحقها😎 ⭕️ملاحظة:(طبعا إتكلمنا عن سبب التسمية في المنشور الفات فلو داير تعرف أرجع ليهو😜) •أرح نشوف المجموعات دي واحدة واحدة😉 🔰Content of anterior compartment •والمجموعة دي كلهم بشتغلو لينا flexor •وكلهم الorigin بتاعهم medial epicondyle ودا بسموهو الflexor origin 😏 •أما الnerve supply بكون بواسطة الmedial nerve ما عدا وااحد كدا أسمو flexor carpi ulnaris (اللهم إن كان سحرا فأبطله🤲) • وكلهم بعملو across the wrist joint ما عدا واحد ودا حنعرفو بعدين 😭 •وبحتوو على ٨ عضلات😱 مقسمة ل Superficial &deep ⭕️ملاحظة في مراجع بتضيف تقسيم تلات وهو intermediate وكمان فيها redial &ulnar nerves ومعاهم تيمانهم في التسمية😶 redial &ulnar vessels ○ارح نشوف الsuperfascial فيها منو 🙈 حنذكرهم from latral to medial 🔶Pronator teres •ودي عضلة بنلقها بتعمل pronation(من إسمها😉) وبتعمل flexion of elbow •insertion: middle of latral surface of redius ودا الكنا بنقصدو قبيل في أنو ما بعبر لمفصل الرسغ(wrist joint)(ولا بعبر ولا حاجة😝😂) 🔶Flexor carpi redialis من إسمو شكلو بمر بالreduis •ودا بعمل insertion in base of 2ed metacarpal bone •عشان كدا بعمل flexion &abduction للwrist 🤚 🔶palmaris longus والtendon حق العضلة دي طويل نسبيا • ودا بعمل لي insertion in Flexor retinaculum &palmer aponeurosis ودا عندو علاقة بالتسمية 😁 •أما الaction فهو flexes the hand & tightens the palmer aponeurosis 🔶Flexor carpi ulnaris والأصلي دا بعمل لينا insertion في ٣ 1.pisiform 2.hook of hamate 3.5th metacarpal bones •أما الaction بكون flexor &adduction of hand (wrist) 🔶️Flexor digttorum Superficial •ودا طبعا مرات بعتبروهو intermediate 😳 •أما الorigin بكون في ٣ 1.common flexor origin 2.coronoid process of ulna 3.anterior surface of redius •أما عن الinsertion بتاعها بكون في ال base of middle phalanges of the medial 4 fingers •وكشان كدا بعمل ليهم flexion ○بعد دا أرح نشوف الdeep فيهم منو🔥😁 وديل ناس(عضلات😂) واضحييين واحدة فيهم بكون فوق الulna وواحدة فوق الradius و واحدة بتكون فوقهم الأتنين🤓 🔶Flexor digttorum profundus •ودا ياهو البكون فوق الulna •insertion of bases of the distal phalanges of the medial four digits • وطبعا بعمل ليهم flexion Nerve supply ⚡️ 1.medial part by ulnar nerve 2.lateral part by anterior interosseous branch of medial nerve 🔶Flexor pollicis longus وpollicis بتدينا إشارة أنو ماشي للإبهام (thumb )🤓 •ودا بكون لينا فوق الradius •insertion: base of distal phalanx of thumb 👍 •وطبعا وظيفتو flexion Nerve supply⚡️ anterior interosseous branch of medial nerve 😤 🔶Pronator Quadratus •يلا دا الinsertion حقو بكون في الربع البعيد(distal ) في الجهة الأمامية للredius •ومن أسمو وظيفتو حتكون pronation 😏 بالأضافة لأنو بساعد في الhold of this two bones واللي هم طبعا الradius &ulna Nerve supply ⚡️ Anterior interosseous branch of medial nerve كدا الanterior خلصو 🥵... فيلا نشوف غيرهم 🔰Content of Posterior compartment •يلا المجموعة دي بتحتوي على ١٢ عضلة😱 بتكون من ٥عضلات Superficial و ٥ عضلات deep وعضلتين latral ⭕️طبعا في إختلاف في التقسيم دا بين المراجع فشوف المناسب معاك واشتغل بيهو °أرح نبدا بالsuperficial🔥😎 #muscloskeletal_system #summary_squeezer_team

منشور رقم( 5) السلام عليكم 😁✋ الليلة منشورنا حيتكلم عن ال (Arm&cubital fossa)🔥 •طيب أول حاجة حنوصف موقعها 🗺واللي هي بتكون From the shoulder to the elbow من كتفك لحد كوعك ..بسيطة مش؟🌚 •تاني معلومة مفروض نعرفها The arm is enclosed in sheeth of deep fascia يعني مغلفاها لينا زي تغليفة سندوتشاتك حقت الفطور كدا 🌯😂 وحنلقى فيها Two fascial intermuscular septa وديل فيهم واحد medial و واحد latral زابط؟😁 وحنلقاهم عاملين Attached to the medial &lateral supracondylar ridges ⭕️ملاحظة (دي النتوؤات الكان لاقتنا في البوست حق الbones)😳 وبكدا تكون فصلت لينا الarm ل Posterior& anterior osseofascial compartment ⭕️ملاحظة( سموها "osseofasia" لأنو القسمة دي تمت بواسطة الhumerus ومعاهو الseeth of fascia)😶 •ارح نشوف أي قسم فيهو منو 😏 🔰🔰🔰(١). عندنا الanterior وفيهو ■Muscles:💪 biceps brachii,coracobrachialis,brachialis ■Blood vessels:🪢 brachial artery,basilic vein ■Nerves:⚡️ musculocutaneous,median,ulnar أرح نبدا بال muscles😋🔥 🔶Bicepsbrachii العضلة البحبوها ناس الجيم 😁 طيب هي عضلة بتتكون لي منtwo heads ومنهم بتعمل العضلة الorigin بتاعها(حتفيدنا في إتجاه الحركة) •واحد فيهم long ودا بجينا From supraglenoid tubercle of scapula(intrascapular)😱 •والتاني short(القصير😂) ودا بجينا From the tip of coracoid process of scapula وطبعا في الأخير الأخوان لازم يتلاقو فحيتلاقو لينا in the middle of the arm (عاملين كدا زي النيلين😭) ولو قلنا حتعمل لينا insertion وين 🤔.. فحتكون لنا في 1.posterior part of redial tuberosity 2.deep fascia of medial aspect of forearm ودا بكون عن طريق الbicipital aponeurosis ودا جايينا من الtendon of biceps😀 ..... ⚡️nerv supply:musculocutaneous •طيب العضلة دي بتعمل شنو بالضبط أو الaction حقها شنو؟🤔 1.strong supinator of the forearm يعني زي حركة المفك حق الكهربا(عشان كدا لو لاحظنا بنلقا العضلة دي كبيرة عند الصناعيين👨‍🔧) 2.powerful flexor of elbow but weak in shoulder 😞 ..... أرح نشوف العضلة البعديها😊 🔶Coracobrachialis بتكورك مالها 😂 •طيب أرح نشوف الorigin Tips of coracoid process وبكدا نكون عرفنا سبب التسمية القبيل 😂😂 •والinsertion حيكون in the middle of medial side of shaft of Humerus ... •Nerve supply⚡️:musculocutaneous طيب العضلة دي الوظيفة حقتها أو الaction البتعملو كالتالي: بتعمل لي flexor و weak adductor of arm😞 .... 🔶Brachialis اسمها سليقة سليقة كدا😂 •طيب الorigin بتاعها بكون front of lower half of Humerus أما الinsertionفبكون Anterior surface of coronoid process of ulna😳 •Nerve supply⚡️:musculocutaneous &redial •طيب سليقة دي بتعمل لينا شنووو🤔؟ قال ليك Strong flexor of the forarm🔥 .... طيب نحن من قبيييل قاعدين نجيب في سيرة الmusclocutaneous nerv🧐 يلا دا nerv بعمل بدعم لينا تلاتة عضلات في anterior compartment of the arm وهم تلاتة زي ما شفنا 😁 1.bicepsbrachii 2.coracobrachialis 3.brachialis وبعد يخلص لينا المهمة دي بكمل لينا بإسم جديد Latral cutaneous nerv of forearm وبكدا بعمل لدعم لينا الskin حقت الlatral forearm لحد ما نصل الwrist🫡 🔰🔰🔰(٢).يلا نمشي للposterior compartment وفيهو: ■Muscles:💪 Triceps ■Vessels:🪢 profunda brachii& ulnar collateral arteries ■Nerves:⚡️ redial &ulnar ويلا نشوف الmuscles 🌚 🔶Triceps brachii ومن تسميتها دي ممكن نستنتج أنو عندها three heads وبتقسمو كالآتي : •long head ودا بكون في الinfraglenoid tubercle of scapula 🧑‍🦯 •latral head بكون لينا في النص الأعلى "من الخلف طبعا" of the shaft of humerus above spiral groove 👀 •medial head ودا بكون في النص التحت "من الخلف برضو" of shaft of humerus below spiral groove •وطبعا تاني الرؤوس دي حتلتقي سوا عشان تاني تعمل لينا isertion in the upper of olecranon process of ulna 😁 ⚡️Nerve supply:radial nerve أما عن الوظيفة حقتها أوالaction فهي تعتبر Strong extensor of the elbow joint 😎 #summary_squeezer_team #muscloskeletal_system

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم منشور رقم(4) السلام عليكم 😁✋ الليلة حا نواصل الكلام عن ال    "muscles of the scapula " & deltoid muscle. طيب نحن دايما نكون عارفين انو الscapula عندها 3 fossa • supraspinous fossa • infraspinous fossa • subscapular fossa والfossae ديل لازم نعرفهم عشان نقدر نعرف الmuscles الموجودة فيهم 😳 وهم عبارة عن 4 muscles  1. Supraspinatous 2. Infraspinatous 3. Teres minor 4. Subscapularis  وديل كلللهم بنسميهم rotater cuff 😃🤝 نبدا بي اول muscles واللي هي 🔅Supraspinatous طيب من كلمة supra دي مفروض نعرف انها قاعدة لينا فوق الspine حق الscapula عشان كدا سميناها supraspinatous الحاجة الزابطة انو الmuscles ديل اسماءهم ساهلة وحتى الorigin والinsertion واضحات😎🔥 وفي 3 منهم بمشو لينا نفس المحل وواحدة فيهم بتمشي محل تاني وكذلك الnerve supply اسي حا نعرفهم 🌚✨ ⭕الOrigin : • From the supraspinous fossa ⭕الinsertion: • the greater tubersity of the humerus. ( anteriorly) ⭕Nerve supply : • Suprascapular  nerve ⭕الAction بتعمل لينا Abduction للArm يعني زي العايز تضرب ليك زول بي مسدس هنا انت حركت الsupraspinatous 🔅infraspinatous: ودي تلقائيا حا تكون قاعدة لينا تحت الspine 😃💁‍♂️ يعني الorigin بتاعها في الinfraspinous fossa ⭕الinsertion ودا نفس الشي بكون لينا في الgreater tubersity لكن posteriorly الnerve supply : • suprascapular nerve يعني ديل الاتنين اخوان بالرضاع😂💔 ⭕الAction : • lateral rotation of the arm. تاني عندنا 🔅Ters minor : ⭕الorigin : • the lateral border of the scapula ⭕الinsertion : • the greater tubersity of the humerus ( posteriorly) برضو في نفس مكان الinfraspinatous بس هنا الinfraspinatous والteres minor بتشاركو حتى الحركة وهي lateral rotation of the arm 💁‍♂️ اما الinfraspinatous والsupraspinatous قلنا بتشاركو في شنو ؟😂 في الرضاع اقصد في الnerve اللي هو suprascapular nerve ⭕الnerve supply : • Axillary nerve Action : lateral rotation of the arm.  نجي نشوف 🔅subscabularis muscle. يلا ال3 الفاتو ديلك كانن قاعدات لينا في جهة الback اما الsubscabularis دي قاعدة لينا في الscapula لكن بي قدام ( في منطقة الaxilla بس لي جوة ) ⭕الorigin : • Subscapular fossa ⭕ الinsertion : في الlesser tubersity يلا دي الوحيدة المخالفاهم ال3 الباقيات في الgreater tubersity اما دي في lesser ⭕الnerve supply : • Upper and lower Subscapular nerve ⭕ الaction : • Medial rotation of the arm كدا خلصنا الrotater cuff اخر شي نجي نشوف ال 🔅Deltoid muscle: وطبعا سموها كدا لانها بتشتبه علامة دلتا 🔺 وعندها 3 أوجه • anterior •Middle •posterior ⭕الOrigin  : • the anterior : Lateral third of the clavicle • the middle : acromion • the Posterior: The spine of the scapula ⭕  الinsertion: في الdeltoid tubersity 💁‍♂️ ⭕الAction : • Anterior fibers  : flexion of the arm • middld fibers : abduction of the arm.  • posterior fibers : extend the arm. ⭕ الnerve supply : • axillary nerve. يعني دي والteres minor اخوات بالرضاع برضو😂 طيب نشوف خلاصة سريعة ليهم عندنا الsupraspinatous والinfraspinatous بشتركو بي نفس الnerve وهو suprascapular nerve.  في حين الteres minor والdeltoid بشتركو في نفس الnerve اللي هو  الAxillary nerve . الinfraspinatous والteres minor بشتركو في نفس الinsertion (greater  tubersity of the humerus)  وبشتركو في الAction (Lateral rotation) خلاص إنتهينا🥳 وبسسس سلااام✋ #muscloskeletal_system #summary_squeezer_team https://t.me/summarysquezer

Pectoralis major 2. Pectorlais minor 3. Subclavius muscles 4. Serratous anterior pectorlais major ⭕origin : اول شي هي عندها two head ( أب راسين 😂) هم : • Clavicular head • sternocostal head الclavicular head • From the middle half of the frant of the clavicle. الsternocostal head • sternum • Upper six costal cartilage • aponeurosis of external oblique muscle. ⭕الinsertion : • Lateral lip of bicipital groove. ⭕ الnerve supply : • Medial and lateral pectoral nerve الحاجة السمحة انو الnerves دي اسماءها ساهلة بتقدر تحفظها بي اسم المنطقة البجي ماري بيها 💁‍♂️✨ ⭕ الaction : • adduction and medial rotation of the arm • the clavicular head helps flexion the arm. 💢نجي نشوف الpectorlais minor ودي عضلة صغيرة قاعدة تحت الpectorlais major ⭕الOrigin : • 3 4 5th ribs closed to their artery ⭕الinsertion : • coracoid process ⭕الnerve supply : •Medial pectoral nerve طبعا هنا بالmedial nerve بس اما الpectorlais major ديك شايلاهم الاتنين ( medial and lateral nerve)😎🔥 لكن المسكينة الصغيرة🥲 pectorlais minor جاييها nerve واحد بس😭 ⭕الAction : • depression of the sholder • drows the ribs upward and outward during deep inspiration. يعني بتنزل الsholder لي تحت وبتخلي الاضلاع حقت القفص الصدري تظهر لي برا وتكون مرتفعة لي فوق طبعا الحركة دي بتوضح لمن تاخد ليك نفس عمييييييييق بتحس انو ضلوعك طلعت لي فوق وبقت ظاهرة💁‍♂️💁‍♂️ طيب كدا نجي نشوف 💢الsubclavius ⭕الorigin : • the first rib at the junction with its costal cartilage. ⭕ الinsertion: • subclavean groove at the middle 1/3 of inferior surface of the clavicle. ⭕ الnerve supply : • nerve to subclavius Muscle. ودا بجي من الupper trunk of brachial plexus. ⭕الAction : • Fixes the clavicle during the sholder joint. يعني بثبت الclavicle اثناء الحركة حقت الsholder. اخر حاجة الserratus anterior: ⭕الorigin : • eight upper ribs ( وطبعا دي بنعتبرها واحد من الcontents حقت الaxilla.. لمن نجي نعاين لي موضعها بتكون في الجزء الmedial) ⭕الinsertion : • anterior aspect of the medial border and inferior angle of scapula. يعني في الجزء القدام من الscapula بس لي تحت💁‍♂️ ⭕الnerve supply : •Long thoracic nerve. ⭕الaction : • Draws the scapula forward (protrusion, in boxing) •Rotates scapula outwards in raising the arm above 90 يعني زي لمن تكون عايز تدي ليك زول بنية 👊😂 تلقائيا حا تكون حركت الscapula لي قدام... في نفي اتجاه البنية او الscapula بتطلع لي برا. لكن متين؟؟ لمن ترفع يدك لي فوق شديييد.. الscapula بتطلع لي برا ( حتى بتكون ظاهرة في ظهرك ) 😃👍 وبي كدا نكون عرفنا كل الmuscles الموجودة في الpectoral region ✨✨ نواصل في المنشور الجاي عن الmuscles of the scapula.. #muscloskeletal_system #summary_squeezer_team https://t.me/summarysquezer
