بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم منشور رقم(4) السلام عليكم 😁✋ الليلة حا نواصل الكلام عن ال    "muscles of the scapula " & deltoid muscle. طيب نحن دايما نكون عارفين انو الscapula عندها 3 fossa • supraspinous fossa • infraspinous fossa • subscapular fossa والfossae ديل لازم نعرفهم عشان نقدر نعرف الmuscles الموجودة فيهم 😳 وهم عبارة عن 4 muscles  1. Supraspinatous 2. Infraspinatous 3. Teres minor 4. Subscapularis  وديل كلللهم بنسميهم rotater cuff 😃🤝 نبدا بي اول muscles واللي هي 🔅Supraspinatous طيب من كلمة supra دي مفروض نعرف انها قاعدة لينا فوق الspine حق الscapula عشان كدا سميناها supraspinatous الحاجة الزابطة انو الmuscles ديل اسماءهم ساهلة وحتى الorigin والinsertion واضحات😎🔥 وفي 3 منهم بمشو لينا نفس المحل وواحدة فيهم بتمشي محل تاني وكذلك الnerve supply اسي حا نعرفهم 🌚✨ ⭕الOrigin : • From the supraspinous fossa ⭕الinsertion: • the greater tubersity of the humerus. ( anteriorly) ⭕Nerve supply : • Suprascapular  nerve ⭕الAction بتعمل لينا Abduction للArm يعني زي العايز تضرب ليك زول بي مسدس هنا انت حركت الsupraspinatous 🔅infraspinatous: ودي تلقائيا حا تكون قاعدة لينا تحت الspine 😃💁‍♂️ يعني الorigin بتاعها في الinfraspinous fossa ⭕الinsertion ودا نفس الشي بكون لينا في الgreater tubersity لكن posteriorly الnerve supply : • suprascapular nerve يعني ديل الاتنين اخوان بالرضاع😂💔 ⭕الAction : • lateral rotation of the arm. تاني عندنا 🔅Ters minor : ⭕الorigin : • the lateral border of the scapula ⭕الinsertion : • the greater tubersity of the humerus ( posteriorly) برضو في نفس مكان الinfraspinatous بس هنا الinfraspinatous والteres minor بتشاركو حتى الحركة وهي lateral rotation of the arm 💁‍♂️ اما الinfraspinatous والsupraspinatous قلنا بتشاركو في شنو ؟😂 في الرضاع اقصد في الnerve اللي هو suprascapular nerve ⭕الnerve supply : • Axillary nerve Action : lateral rotation of the arm.  نجي نشوف 🔅subscabularis muscle. يلا ال3 الفاتو ديلك كانن قاعدات لينا في جهة الback اما الsubscabularis دي قاعدة لينا في الscapula لكن بي قدام ( في منطقة الaxilla بس لي جوة ) ⭕الorigin : • Subscapular fossa ⭕ الinsertion : في الlesser tubersity يلا دي الوحيدة المخالفاهم ال3 الباقيات في الgreater tubersity اما دي في lesser ⭕الnerve supply : • Upper and lower Subscapular nerve ⭕ الaction : • Medial rotation of the arm كدا خلصنا الrotater cuff اخر شي نجي نشوف ال 🔅Deltoid muscle: وطبعا سموها كدا لانها بتشتبه علامة دلتا 🔺 وعندها 3 أوجه • anterior •Middle •posterior ⭕الOrigin  : • the anterior : Lateral third of the clavicle • the middle : acromion • the Posterior: The spine of the scapula ⭕  الinsertion: في الdeltoid tubersity 💁‍♂️ ⭕الAction : • Anterior fibers  : flexion of the arm • middld fibers : abduction of the arm.  • posterior fibers : extend the arm. ⭕ الnerve supply : • axillary nerve. يعني دي والteres minor اخوات بالرضاع برضو😂 طيب نشوف خلاصة سريعة ليهم عندنا الsupraspinatous والinfraspinatous بشتركو بي نفس الnerve وهو suprascapular nerve.  في حين الteres minor والdeltoid بشتركو في نفس الnerve اللي هو  الAxillary nerve . الinfraspinatous والteres minor بشتركو في نفس الinsertion (greater  tubersity of the humerus)  وبشتركو في الAction (Lateral rotation) خلاص إنتهينا🥳 وبسسس سلااام✋ #muscloskeletal_system #summary_squeezer_team https://t.me/summarysquezer

Pectoralis major 2. Pectorlais minor 3. Subclavius muscles 4. Serratous anterior pectorlais major ⭕origin : اول شي هي عندها two head ( أب راسين 😂) هم : • Clavicular head • sternocostal head الclavicular head • From the middle half of the frant of the clavicle. الsternocostal head • sternum • Upper six costal cartilage • aponeurosis of external oblique muscle. ⭕الinsertion : • Lateral lip of bicipital groove. ⭕ الnerve supply : • Medial and lateral pectoral nerve الحاجة السمحة انو الnerves دي اسماءها ساهلة بتقدر تحفظها بي اسم المنطقة البجي ماري بيها 💁‍♂️✨ ⭕ الaction : • adduction and medial rotation of the arm • the clavicular head helps flexion the arm. 💢نجي نشوف الpectorlais minor ودي عضلة صغيرة قاعدة تحت الpectorlais major ⭕الOrigin : • 3 4 5th ribs closed to their artery ⭕الinsertion : • coracoid process ⭕الnerve supply : •Medial pectoral nerve طبعا هنا بالmedial nerve بس اما الpectorlais major ديك شايلاهم الاتنين ( medial and lateral nerve)😎🔥 لكن المسكينة الصغيرة🥲 pectorlais minor جاييها nerve واحد بس😭 ⭕الAction : • depression of the sholder • drows the ribs upward and outward during deep inspiration. يعني بتنزل الsholder لي تحت وبتخلي الاضلاع حقت القفص الصدري تظهر لي برا وتكون مرتفعة لي فوق طبعا الحركة دي بتوضح لمن تاخد ليك نفس عمييييييييق بتحس انو ضلوعك طلعت لي فوق وبقت ظاهرة💁‍♂️💁‍♂️ طيب كدا نجي نشوف 💢الsubclavius ⭕الorigin : • the first rib at the junction with its costal cartilage. ⭕ الinsertion: • subclavean groove at the middle 1/3 of inferior surface of the clavicle. ⭕ الnerve supply : • nerve to subclavius Muscle. ودا بجي من الupper trunk of brachial plexus. ⭕الAction : • Fixes the clavicle during the sholder joint. يعني بثبت الclavicle اثناء الحركة حقت الsholder. اخر حاجة الserratus anterior: ⭕الorigin : • eight upper ribs ( وطبعا دي بنعتبرها واحد من الcontents حقت الaxilla.. لمن نجي نعاين لي موضعها بتكون في الجزء الmedial) ⭕الinsertion : • anterior aspect of the medial border and inferior angle of scapula. يعني في الجزء القدام من الscapula بس لي تحت💁‍♂️ ⭕الnerve supply : •Long thoracic nerve. ⭕الaction : • Draws the scapula forward (protrusion, in boxing) •Rotates scapula outwards in raising the arm above 90 يعني زي لمن تكون عايز تدي ليك زول بنية 👊😂 تلقائيا حا تكون حركت الscapula لي قدام... في نفي اتجاه البنية او الscapula بتطلع لي برا. لكن متين؟؟ لمن ترفع يدك لي فوق شديييد.. الscapula بتطلع لي برا ( حتى بتكون ظاهرة في ظهرك ) 😃👍 وبي كدا نكون عرفنا كل الmuscles الموجودة في الpectoral region ✨✨ نواصل في المنشور الجاي عن الmuscles of the scapula.. #muscloskeletal_system #summary_squeezer_team https://t.me/summarysquezer

بوست رقم(٢) بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. كيفكم لعلكم طيبين👀✨✨ 💢الليلة إن شاء الله حا نتكلم عن ⭕ Muscles of the upper limb and vertebral كدي اول شي نعرفهم هم شنو🤔 1. Trapezius 2. Latesmus dorsi 3. Levator scapulae 4. Rhomboid mainor 5. Rhomboid major طبعا اكيد وانت بتقرا حا يكون جاك وجع خشم😂😂 بس مالو اعتبرها رياضة لي العضلات الفي jaw 😂 طيب طيب يلا نبدا اول شي نحن عرفنا الmuscles حقاتنا.. وقلنا ديل بربطو لينا الupper limb مع الVertebral column بس نحن برضو حا نقسمهم according لي ترتيبهم superficiality و deeply عندنا ال supperficial muscles : 1. Trapizus 2. Latissmus dorsi ديل ياهم بنلقاهم سطحيات.. يعني ظاهرات لي برا😃👍 طيب ولازم نعرف عنهم شنو؟🤔 _ نعرف الاتي • Origin • insertion • the action • nerve supply 💢 نبدا بال "trapazius" تنطق ترابيزياس 🤡 ترابيز ياس.. يعني جمع تربيزة + ياس 😂😂 المهم نشوف التربيزة دي الorigin بتاعها وين ⚪ ببدا لينا من • occipital bone • spine of 7th cervical vertebra • spines of all thorcic vertebra ⚪اما الinsertion : يلا هي اصلا عندها 3 fibers💁‍♂️ • upper • Middle • lower كل fibers بتصل لينا في مكان معين فمثلا : ⭕الupper fibers بتصل لينا بال lateral two third of the clavicle يعني بتصل لينا تلتين الجزو الطرفي من الكلافيكل وطبعا دا الجزو الماشي لينا على اتجاه الArm ( قلنا laterly ركز 👀) ⭕اما الmilddle fibers بتصل لينا بالacromion ⭕والlower fibers بتصل لينا بالspine of the scapula تمام؟👀 ⚪يلا نشوف الaction : الupper fibers بعمل لينا elevation للscapula يعني برفعها لي فوق.. زي لما زول يسألك من شي وانت ترفع كتافينك الاتنين وتقول ليو ماعارف 🤷‍♂️😂 المهم زي الحركة دي اما الmiddle fibers بعمل ليناpulling the sacpula medially يعني الscapula بتتقوس وتمشي لي جوة... الlower fibers بعمل pulling the medial border of the scapula down word يعني مثلا انا لمن ارفع يدي لي اكتر من 90 درجة الsacpula بتنزل لي تحت ودي الحركة البعملها الmiddle fibers طيب كدا عرفنا الaction ⚪ الnerve supply ودا بتم لينا عبر الspinal part of accessory nerve و branches of C3 and C4 كدا عرفنا الtrapezius..🔥🔥 نجي نشوف الlatissimus dorsi ⚪الorigin: • illiac crestb • lumber fascia • spines of six lower thoracic vertebra • inferior angle of the scapula ⚪الinsertion: • bicipital groves of the humerus ⚪الnerve supply: • thoracodorsal nerve ⚪ الAction: Extend , adducts for arm and medial rotation يعني بتخليك ترفع يدك لي فوق وتقربها + medial rotation يعني الحركة كالآتي: زي انك تلف اصابعينك عكس عقارب الساعة. كدا عرفنا الsuperfascial muscles 🔥🔥🔥 نجيب نمسك الmuscles الموجودات deeply : وهم : 1. Levator scapulae 2. Rhomboid minor 3. Rhomboid major نبدا بالlveator scapulae: ⚪ الorigin : •Transverse process of 1st four cevical vertebra ⚪الinsertion : • middle border of the scapula ⚪ الnerve supply : • C3 and C4 • Dorsal scapular nerve ⚪ الaction : Raise medial border of the scapula نجي نشوف الRhomboid minor 😃🫱🏼‍🫲🏻 ( خليك صاحي ما تنعس🌚😂) ⚪ الorigin : • ligamintum nochea • spines of 7th cervical and 1th thoracic vertebra. ⚪الinsertion: •Medial border of the scapula ⚪الnerve supply : •Dorsal scapular nerve الaction دا خليو قدام 😅 تاني عندنا Rhomboid major 💁‍♂️ ( اختها الكبيرة) ⚪الorigin : • From Second to 5th thoracic spines. ⚪الinsertion : •Medial border of the scapula ⚪الnerve supply : •Dorsal scapular nerve ⚪الaction : يلا طبعا قبيل قلت ليك الaction حق الrhomboid minor نخليو قدام لي لانو العضلتين ديل بتشغلو مع بعض نفس الحركة وبعملو شغل تكاملي (.الله على الخوة😂🔥🔥) الحركة: raise medial border of the scapula upword and medially ال medial border of scapula بطلع لي فوق وبمشي medialy يعني بمشي على اتجاه الvertebral column. 💢الخلاصة للdeep muscles : ⭕الdeep muscles ديل بحصل ليهم supply بي نفس الnerve اللي هو الDorsal scapular nerve. ⭕ الinsertion بتاعهم واحد وهو الmedial border of the scapula بس طبعا الlevator scapulae موجودة superior للspine والrhomboid minor في اتجاه الspine الrhomboid major تحت الspine وطبعا هم قاعدين بي نفس الترتيب دا عشان كدا انا بديت ليهم بالترتيب عشان تحفظهم🌚🚶‍♂️ بس زي ما قلنا كلهم في النهاية قاعدين في الmedial border
