It’s NFP day and as you know this will be a high volatility day in the market. As usual, price usually will be sideways as traders are awaiting the data to react. This will be the most challenging part technically.
The attached image is to share with you guys that price is hovering near the daily supply area which has a good range but difficult for retail traders to capitalise on.
Since the consensus is pointing towards a stronger data than previous and the variance between previous and consensus is large, we expect a potential 2 ways movement in the chart if the data comes out in between. If the data comes out way stronger than consensus, then we will see an immediate movement downwards.
So the idea from our side is to have more than one plan for NFP instead of relying solely on a single account. Technically yes you see a bullish structure being made but this bullish structure could also be a technical pullback into the daily supply zone for a sell later on.
So for those who are trading for NFP, stick to your strategy but try to have a backup plan just in case. Our ideal scenario for NFP would be a quick spike up to eventually go down ahead of CPI next week. So we will be actively looking for sell confirmations after news and risk appropriately before news to cater for the potential spike up to eventually go down.
In any case, risk management and account management plays a key role to succeed today. Otherwise it’s better to wait for the data to be out. We will be monitoring the price closely towards news.

The bears are still in control as we have discussed yesterday. The attacks by US on Iran in the Straight of Hormuz is further intensifying the probability of rate hikes due to inflation concerns.
Brent Oil reached as high as 95USD/Bbl earlier today. 📈🛢
As for today, we only have one High Impact News:

The consensus is pointing towards a slightly higher number of jobs which indicates a stronger USD but lets watch the price action closely towards news and after news since its earlier than the US session opening.

Its a new month and it is a very important month for the financial markets ⚡️
Kevin Warsh's speech in the Jackson Hole Symposium basically set a new "hawkish" tone for the market:
🟡Inflation has not improved enough toward 2%
🟡The Fed may have “work to do” if inflation remains elevated
🟡He emphasized price stability as the Fed's primary responsibility
🟡The economy is resilient enough to tolerate tighter policy
Since then the market has decided to make a bearish stance as the rate hike probability has significantly increased.
The key data that will be released ahead of FOMC will play a significant role in forming the market structure ahead of the FOMC interest rate decision and economic projections.

This week we will be looking at key events such as Core PCE, GDP and the Jackson Hole Symposium where Kevin Warsh will be possibly commenting on the policy path.
