Ensure the policy is posted at various locations in the facility. • Safety Compliance Specialist shall visit last-mile facilities in his/her region and ensure all EHS procedures are implemented & monitor for adherence during the operations. • Conduct various Safety training programs to level up awareness on the ground. • Organize periodical safety campaigns to enhance safety culture. • Conduct Fire & Electrical Safety and Road safety audits and collaborate with stakeholders to address and track the closure. • Reporting System – Ensure all incidents/accidents are captured, investigated, and actions taken towards zero accidents. • Accident Statistics – Develop monthly accident trends/patterns etc and take necessary actions to reduce the number of accidents. • Maintain positive and proactive relations with General managers, RM/AMs, and employees to ensure that safety culture is incubated in the operations. • H&S committee meeting – Ensure monthly Health & Safety committee meetings are planned and conducted in line with operations. • Conduct a risk assessment for new business initiatives.
