Don’t sit on the sidelines.
The NGO Project next up.....MA. Props to my friend from the USMC with helping me crunch the data. These articles will come out much quicker going forward. CT will happen after MA, then it is open based on the need. Post in the comments if you have a plan to fix 2020 and I will do the analysis.
Hand Counts #2
Here is the tabulated Verified Voter Data. If you are in one of these states (on the right), please, go to the excel file located on the webs site below and find the actual jurisdiction in that state doing hand counts and figure out how it is done. Post in the comments your findings.

Hand Counts
According to Verified Voting, there are 1129 of ~ 22,500 towns, parishes or counties that use hand counts. Let's stop acting like this is a mystery wrapped inside of an enigma.
Has anyone reached out to these folks to find out how it is done?
What works?
What can we scale?

Tracing CTCL Zuckerbucks
There is a certain county in GA that received CTCL Zuckerbucks. I pulled down the publicly available financial audit report from 2020 (issued in 2021 of course) to try and trace the CTCL Zuckerbuck grant money into the budget. It is not easy. CTCL was not mentioned in the report. The exact amount of the grant was not included anywhere as a line item. The increase in the elections budget from the prior year to 2020 was less than the amount of the Zuckerbuck grant. And also, the EIN number listed on the CTCL 990 form is not coming up in a IRS 990 database search.
Anyone out there with expertise in this area of research care to comment?
Why is the EIN number listed on a 990 form not in the IRS data base?
Why is the exact amount of the CTCL grant not listed in the county financial statements?
Maybe your state will be the next target for my NGO Project series. Enjoy PA.....https://electiondataanalyzer.substack.com/p/the-ngo-project-part-v-ctcl-in-pa?s=w
24MM was spent in PA by CTCL in 2020. PA, you are next up for The NGO Project analysis. I can't resist. So far, I have received about 1,000 views of this series of 4 articles on Substack with even a very very small Twitter trend which is a first. This is just....enough interest for me to keep going with more states. Much less interest and I would drop it. If you like what I am doing with The NGO Project please share it. I need to know if this is worth the time. Philadelphia County has over 10MM in CTCL grants....I wonder how much of that went to the 2000 Mules?

📣 A Call For Help - CVR FOIAs 📣
# Short Version
Do you have 3 hours available over the weekend to prepare and send an email to your county clerk asking for the Cast Vote Records (CVRs) for your county?
- One hour to watch an excellent video that explains why CVRs are important
- One hour to digest the information provided by Jeff O'Donnell (@ALoneRaccoon) and modify his pre-written template.
- One hour to find the contact details of your county clerk and send them an email
(For those already familiar with the process, the last two points could be done in 30 mins.)
⚠️ We can't over emphasize the importance of the CVR data. ⚠️
So if you are looking for a way to make a difference, this would be of great assistance.
Once you receive the CVR data, please forward it directly to Jeff's personal Telegram account: @MagaRaccoon.
# Long Version
Jeff O'Donnell (@ALoneRaccoon) has issued a call for help on his Telegram channel.
- The call for help
- The template: Several files are contained in the zip file. One is the template which you can copy/paste, and adapt to your liking. The other documents are there for support, which you can include as an attachment for the clerk to read.
- Feedback (Please consider joining Jeff's channel to keep up with the latest updates.)
The template letter is formulated for clerks who have previously refused to hand over the CVR data, however it should provide enough information for you to adapt if you are requesting the CVR data for the first time. (We would suggest keeping it short, if it is indeed your first request. LadyDraza's template might work better.)
# Background
The CVR data simply provides all the information pertaining to a cast vote. i.e. All the candidates that were selected for their given race.
It may also provide extra information, such as, the voting method (absentee, mail-in, early, in-person etc...), the precinct, and the timestamp the ballot was scanned... to name a few.
All of the information is anonymous.
There is absolutely no reason for a county NOT to hand over this information as the CVR data is precisely what is used to generate all their public election reports.
The benefit to us, is that all the useful information is contained in ONE location, which makes analyzing the data a LOT easier. For example we can perform "down ballot" analyses very quickly for all races within a county.
The more extra information they can provide the better. (Such as voting method, precinct name, timestamps etc...)
Many counties have already gladly provided us with their CVR data. 🎉
# The Video
Dr. Daugherity and Cindy Butler delivered an excellent presentation on Frank Speech, explaining their analysis and the importance of the CVR data.
(The presentation starts at the 13 min mark.)
LadyDaza pointed out this video in this post. (Check out the comments)
The reports, which are shown in the video are available from Dr. D Presents Telegram channel: Report 1 and Report 2.
# Help For Clerks
You may be able to help your clerks by pointing them to the following information:
- Dominion: Chapter 14 of the RTR Reporting Manual
- HART/INTERCIVIC: Download the pdf manual
- ES&S: Download the pdf manual

Some choice thoughts from Dinesh
Where are the Mules being hired from? Antifa and BLM.
True the Vote matched BLM riot cell phone databases with cell phone tracking of the Mules. These are the same people.
Underground criminals working for the D party.
Paid $10/ballot.
Mules typically operate between 1am-4am in the morning.
This is old school fraud. Does not take a position on “machines”.
Coordination is not a central conspiracy. These Mules are part of a national coordination effort at many levels.
