⭐️ Original Members Only - Pre Member Portal ⭐️ Please double check that you sent your correct LOA to the energy, water and service proton emails before April 11th 2025. Please go to “contact us” asap in the member portal if you haven’t sent the correct LOA to the correct energy, water or service proton email. Only water LOA’s would have been dealt through water proton email. Only energy LOA’s would have been dealt through energy proton email. Only council tax or services charges would have been dealt through service proton email. Any mistakes and you will not be protected. Thank you for your cooperation.

⭐️ Business LOA ⭐️ We need a LOA for all the names on the account. Whatever the corporations have put on the bills in the past. Usually business name and director. If you think you’ve made a mistake on your LOA please let us know ASAP.

⭐️ IMPORTANT ⭐️ Please check that your LOA’s are correct on your member portal. It is so important to check names, account numbers and corporations. These LOA’s are so powerful and need to be created with real intention of getting them right. We rely on you to give us the correct information. You are not protected if your LOA is wrong. We need an LOA for all the names on the account. So doing one without the other will cause problems. Do not use MR, MRS, MISS, or MS on the LOA. It is only your full name, account number and corporation. Just check, check and check again before submitting. If you have found an error or missed something please do not guess and do an LOA thinking you are putting it right. We will tell you what needs doing if you know something is incorrect. You can reach out to us using “Contact Us” on the member portal. The corporations run with it when you make a mistake. Let’s not allow this. Most things we can put right but we need to be told what the problem is. Let’s make sure now that every LOA is perfect within the PMA. Reminder: Do not do an LOA for an occupier account. Contact us if you have an occupier account and we will try and get this into the Break Through name using another process and not an LOA. Thank you for your cooperation.
