Please check all your LOA’s on the member portal: Dashboard - More - Documents - LOA - View Name on LOA has to be the same name on the bills. No initials, no symbols, no titles. Do not do an LOA for an occupier account. Account number is the same number on the bills. Corporation is the corporation on the bills (check the small print). If they change account number you need a new LOA. If they send a bill to the occupier contact us asap. If they change the name on the account you need a new LOA. Thank you for your cooperation.

⭐️ LOA ⭐️ Please read: Going forward, members will not be able to create an LOA themselves. The LOA needs to be correct and treated as sacred. Members are putting themselves at risk by guessing. We rely on members to provide us with the correct information. Therefore, going forward, members can email us the corporation correspondence for the LOA required, and we will complete it on their behalf with their consent. Thank you for your cooperation.

⭐️ IMPORTANT ⭐️ DCA letters need to be uploaded as: DCA > Corporation: DCA NAME > Account number: from the Original LOA. If it's uploaded wrong the DCA doesn't get contacted and this could cause problems. Thank you for your cooperation and let’s get all of these DCA shut down.
