An essential part of the awakening process is to drop the mask, be authentic, be more open, and show vulnerability. We are often eager to share our experiences, revelations, and insights with others. All of that is encouraged. However, I recommend discernment with whom we share it personally and publicly, especially our more profound personal process. We must honor and create our own "sacred space" for processing. And this space is only between you and the Divine. I have worked with many people who were shamed, gaslit, and projected on because they shared too soon and were too eager with the "wrong" people because of a lack of discernment. While we cannot entirely prevent others from projecting on us (especially when one is on the verge of a true awakening, for the collective ego-slumber and Matrix (working through people) will always counter-act any attempt to "escape" the Matrix), we can still lessen the struggle (and attacks) if we develop intuitive discernment who to talk and open up to. On the other hand, we also don't want to become too paranoid or afraid to share and connect with others. Fear is not an intuitive insight, and we do need each other, for none of us can do it all alone. True Intuition is free from any "emotion," but a clear embodied Knowing. Trusting our intuitive insights regarding other people also takes time and sensitivity so we don't mistake it for shadow projection, trauma responses, or wishful thinking. Hence, patience is vital, and sometimes we all learn the hard way, which is just another initiation and lessons. Godspeed. Bernhard Guenther
