25 DHS ADMITS BORDER HAS BEEN OPEN TO CRIMINALS AND TERRORISTS WITH NO BACKGROUND CHECKS
DHS recently proposed a new rule. In their announcement, they unwittingly revealed that they haven't been doing background checks on the millions of illegal aliens who have poured across our border in order to immediately deport those with criminal records or terrorism ties. Instead, they've been leaving that determination until the asylum hearings, which have been pushed out many years from now. In the meantime, they remain in the U.S.
So, after over 3 years of allowing in millions of unvetted illegal aliens, DHS has just now come up with this brilliant idea—but they've delayed it until summer. Biden could easily issue an executive order changing this policy immediately, but he's clearly in no hurry to reduce the influx prior to the election.

Data from the US Energy Information Administration shows that when he was sworn into office in January 2021, the national average was just $2.42 per gallon. In 2022 and 2023, it jumped to $3.41 and $3.44, respectively (Californians pay nearly double that thanks to Newsom). Biden has already damaged the US Strategic Oil Reserves by depleating America's reserves in an effort to lower prices and improve his poll numbers prior to the election.
According to the Dept of Energy's Office of Petroleum Reserves, 998,824 barrels of gasoline will be released from the reserve, which was set up in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. The bulk of that, 900,000 barrels, will come from a storage site in Port Reading, New Jersey, while the remainder will come from one in South Portland, Maine.

These new requirements come as part of the administration's update to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, conflating gender identity with biological sex.
"Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has sued the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, and other officials in the Biden Administration to stop an unlawful attempt to redefine federal law through agency guidance," Paxton's office said.
The lawsuit filing is based upon a previous decision in a case that Texas won in 2022 that stopped similar guidance accommodations based on gender identity. According to the ruling at the time in 2022, the EEOC lacked authority to reinterpret employer accommodations law around "gender identity" instead of sex.
