Miami-Dade County, FL: Last week, Lazaro Ricardo Prieto was arrested for two counts of Arson and is accused of starting structure fires at two different locations.
He has an immigration detainer hold.
Prieto, who is identified as homeless on court documents, told the police that the fires where part of an "unfinished ritual" done because the structures had "bad energy".
Meanwhile, Florida law enforcement continues to skew crime reporting data by labeling him as "White"

Initial indications are that the crash was not survivable. Emergency response personnel are on scene, and officials are working to account for all personnel.
The crash is currently under investigation.
