My feeling is 'burnout' in the IT or tech industry will be growing.
Top management folks wants much faster code delivery now as they're spending money on AI accounts for each developers.
Also cutting teams as "you can take help from AI & get it done".
So one person will have to look after more tech stacks & deliver faster as well.

The funds that are open are all actively managed. It is very clear from years of data that it is incredibly difficult for international active funds to outperform the index.
