🚨 A ceasefire agreement has been reached between the Israeli occupation forces and Palestinian resistance

🚨 Israeli terrorist regime increased its airstrikes, killing at least 50 Palestinians hours before a ceasefire deal is set to be finalised. According to reports, the resistance forces have accepted a draft agreement for a ceasefire in Gaza, and the Israeli occupation forces are reviewing the proposal, whilst at the same time launching airstrikes in parts of Gaza.

Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, a Pakistani citizen with a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, has been held in U.S. custody for nearly two decades, sentenced to 86 years in prison for an incident widely believed to be based on false allegations. Her case is one of the tragic remnants of the "War on Terror," a period marked by injustices that continue to strain U.S. relations with the global Muslim community. On March 30, 2003, Dr. Siddiqui was sold to the CIA for a bounty and taken into U.S. custody under the suspicion of terrorism. During her capture, her youngest child, Suleman, just six months old, was reportedly dropped on his head and killed. Her two other children—both U.S. citizens—were also taken from her. Maryam, then three years old, was forcibly adopted into a family in Afghanistan and renamed Fatima, while her son Ahmed, six years old, was imprisoned. Both children were held in captivity for seven and five years respectively, suffering immense trauma before being rescued. Meanwhile, Dr. Siddiqui was taken to Bagram Air Force Base, where she was tortured for five years. What followed is a nightmare of injustice: she was tried in the U.S. for allegedly attempting to harm U.S. personnel, despite being the only one shot (twice) during the incident in Ghazni, Afghanistan. Her harsh 86-year sentence stands in stark contrast to the countless other injustices of the War on Terror, where far greater harm has gone unpunished. In addition to the torture she endured at Bagram, Dr. Siddiqui has been subjected to further abuse during her imprisonment at FMC Carswell, where she has been held in Administrative Segregation for 14 years—longer than any other woman in the U.S. federal system. Her time in isolation has been marked by reports of sexual abuse and rape within the prison. These claims are further supported by the fact that 13 employees have been convicted of sexual abuse at Carswell.

Narrated by Abū Hurayrah رضي الله عنه‎: Allāh's Messenger ﷺ said, "There is a compulsory Ṣadaqah (charity) to be given for every joint of the human body (as a sign of gratitude to Allāh) everyday the sun rises. Reports of a ceasefire deal may be agreed soon after negotiations led and mediated by Qatar are thought to have reached a breakthrough.

Masjid Al-Taqwa in Altadena that has served the Muslim community Altadena, Pasadena for over 20 years burnt down after wildfires ravaged through southern California this week. The Masjid Al-Taqwa in Altadena is one of thousands of buildings that have been destroyed and is among around 10 houses of worship, including a synagogue and multiple churches. The US Department of State has informed Congress about an $8 billion arms sale to Israel, pending approval from House and Senate committees. The proposed package includes missiles, artillery shells, and other munitions. The announcement comes a little over two weeks before President Joe Biden is set to leave office. Washington has dismissed calls to halt military aid to Israel despite concerns over the civilian casualties during the Gaza conflict. In August, the US authorized a $20 billion sale of fighter jets and other military hardware to Israel. The latest package reportedly includes air-to-air missiles, Hellfire missiles, artillery shells, and bombs, according to a US official. President Biden has consistently described US support for Israel as unwavering.

Palestinian photojournalist Omar Salah Al Dirawi was killed alongside his parents in a bombing by the Israeli genocidal regime that targeted his home in central Gaza. This comes a day after his sister was killed by the brutal regime. Omar is now the 202nd journalist to have been assassinated by Israeli forces since the start of its genocide.
