REVEALED: An anti-ICE protest group advertised PAID organizing jobs at up to $36 AN HOUR. Hourly pay. Bonuses. Daily fundraising targets. The group is GAIA. Its job advertisement names “ICE Breakers” among the campaigns recruits would work on, alongside organizing and fundraising duties. Its published Home Depot campaign has this goal: “shut down every Home Depot in LA for one day” Its Hilton campaign pressures hotels to stop housing ICE agents and encourages refundable reservations followed by cancellations within hotel policies. And an October 24–25 training will rehearse a fictional campaign against “Stilton Hotels” and an immigration-enforcement agency called “FICE.” The curriculum includes choosing targets, nonviolent direct action and “OPSEC & Security Culture.” Join @NatalieWinters

REVEALED: Preschool teachers were offered training on preparing children for “a lifetime of justice work.” The workshop was literally called: “Nurturing Future Activists.” Advertised at an April 2026 Pennsylvania summit for educators teaching PRESCHOOL through second grade, it promised classroom ideas teachers could implement immediately. The same summit promoted “Radical Morning Meeting” training from Philly Children’s Movement. Here’s how that organization describes its mission: “in order to create systemic change, we must change the way that people raise children.” Its framework has already been piloted in FOUR Philadelphia public elementary schools: Adaire, Vare-Washington, Kearny and Spring Garden. The group traces its origins to a children’s march supporting Black Lives Matter. Its event history includes protests against Moms for Liberty. Then there’s Rutgers. A university-produced curriculum names the group as a partner and includes a third-grade unit called: “Becoming an Activist for Racial Justice.” Activities include creating chants, songs and protest signs. EXC: A taxpayer-backed operation recruiting landlords to house refugees kept running after Trump suspended its State Department funding. Separate, existing HHS funding kept part of the project operating. The program is Refugee Housing Solutions, run by Church World Service. One HHS award committed nearly $2 MILLION to expanding its work. Its partnership with rental platform ReHome reported recruiting 15 landlords and property managers offering more than 1,000 available housing units in six months. And look at the financial assurances offered in one Philadelphia placement described in its case study: A resettlement agency paid the security deposit. Paid the first month’s rent. And promised to “cover the full rent amount” if the refugee household couldn’t pay. The case study doesn’t identify who funded that particular guarantee. Federal support for the landlord-recruitment project itself is documented. Before the freeze, the project also used State Department support to research incentives including prepaid rent insurance and a proposed $500 lease-renewal bonus. Then, in March 2026, it published another update about working with landlords. The State Department award was suspended. Taxpayer support for the operation survived through another federal agency. EXC: The director of Russia’s Irkutsk anti-plague institute was in CHINA just weeks ago for a “cross-border infectious disease” exercise that simulated responses to imported PLAGUE and “Disease X.” About five weeks later, an employee of his institute was dead, with nearly 200 contacts reportedly placed under medical observation amid suspected-plague reports. Chinese government reporting names director Sergey Balakhonov as attending and speaking at the August 24–27 exercise in Fuyuan. The Chinese exercise involved the following: • A scenario involving plague arriving from abroad. • A hypothetical emerging tick-borne disease. • Chinese and Russian experts rehearsing outbreak notifications, joint risk assessments, and coordinated control measures. • Nineteen emergency teams, more than 300 personnel, and over 40 emergency vehicles. And the institute’s Chinese partnerships go back years. China’s official Inner Mongolia Yearbook records that regional inspection and quarantine authorities signed scientific-research cooperation agreements with the Irkutsk plague institute in 2014. A Russian government document lists additional cooperation planned for 2020–2021 with the Medical Department of Manzhouli Customs: joint surveys concerning plague and other rodent-borne infections, plus tick-borne disease research. REVEALED: Google. org and the Rockefeller Foundation helped fund AI to make placing refugees into American communities faster and more efficient. It’s called GeoMatch. Stanford launched it with Global Refuge, a resettlement agency whose network covered more than 50 U.S. cities. The AI helps recommend where refugees should settle. Caseworkers make the final decision. One agency official praised the time it saved: “It’s giving me back more time to work on so many arriving cases.” The U.S. partnership launched in April 2023. REVEALED: A think tank co-founded by Facebook’s founding president wants an entirely NEW visa category to repopulate struggling American communities with foreign workers. It’s called the HEARTLAND VISA. They’ve already mapped roughly 1,700 potentially eligible counties—home to 58 MILLION Americans. The Economic Innovation Group, co-founded by Sean Parker, wants at least 100,000 visas a year. The pitch is explicit: “In exchange for living in a Heartland Visa community, workers with sufficient earnings will gain permanent residency” American communities become the destination. Green cards become the incentive. The proposal targets places struggling with population decline, including rural communities and former industrial centers. Foreign workers would have to live in a participating area—but could work for an employer located elsewhere. The think tank also proposes replacing labor certification with an earnings test for the green-card pathway. That would remove the usual labor-market test from this proposed route to permanent residency. The idea has already reached Capitol Hill. Republican Senator Todd Young and then-Senator Joe Manchin introduced a version in December 2024. Supporters included AOL co-founder Steve Case, Americans for Prosperity and the Niskanen Center. County officials would decide whether their communities participate. EIG continued lobbying for the proposal in 2026. Minnesota literally funds a program to help immigrants BUY HOMES with taxpayer dollars. Up to $18,500 for down payments and closing costs. Zero interest. Loans that can be forgiven. The immigrant targeting is explicit. Minnesota Housing’s own 2026 report says Three Rivers Community Action: “targets their downpayment assistance to households of color and immigrant households.” That’s the state’s own description of where this homebuying assistance is directed. The program covers 20 Minnesota counties. There’s also a documented Somali connection. A historical case study published by a funder names Somali Community Resettlement Services as one of the organizations that referred clients to Three Rivers for help becoming homeowners.
