Joints don’t just “wear out.”
They break down based on how stress is distributed through the body over time.
If certain areas are taking on more load than they should—because of posture, movement patterns, or muscle imbalance—those joints are going to feel it first.
In this segment, I walk through how that process actually happens and why things like hydration, alignment, and daily movement patterns play a much bigger role than most people realize.
It’s a much more practical way to understand why joint issues show up where they do.
