👉Power transmission sector companies that supply high-voltage equipment—where profit margins are relatively high—are showing strong price momentum . In this segment, only a limited number of players operate, which gives them a competitive advantage. Key companies in this space include: 💥GE Vernova 💥Hitachi Energy 💥Quality Power

As I said at the beginning of this month, the market is likely to remain sideways to volatile until the Q4 results are announced. We are unlikely to see a sharp fall or a strong rally during this period. This is what we call a sideways market. However, due to continuous buying and selling by FIIs, the market will remain volatile. This phase is known as the accumulation phase. We analyze the market based on valuations, which helps us understand and predict the trend for the next 2 to 3 months. We do not focus on daily market movements driven by global news. Instead, we set a broader market outlook, and our predictions during this bear phase have largely proven accurate. We understand how the bear market cycle works, and currently, we are in the final stage where accumulation takes place. Our analysis is based on FII and DII activity, retail investor behavior, valuations, and earnings outlook. We do not rely on daily chart patterns. In fact, chart patterns often fail to provide a clear picture—for example, the Nifty 50 has been trading near its all-time high for the past six months, yet the broader market has underperformed. This shows that charts alone cannot reflect what is happening internally in segments like the Smallcap 250 or within our portfolio. This bear phase requires a different approach. Relying solely on technical charts is an outdated strategy in the current market environment.

FII buying - selling activities continues as I had predicted. Due to this ongoing buying and selling by FIIs, the market is likely to remain sideways to volatile until the Q4 earnings are announced. Today, the Nifty 50 fell by 1.4%, while the Smallcap 250 declined by only 1%. This indicates that small-cap stocks have already formed a bottom, whereas the Nifty 50 still appears relatively expensive and may not have fully corrected yet. Typically, when the Nifty 50 falls by 1%, small-cap stocks tend to fall more than 2%, but the current situation suggests a shift in market behavior. This resilience in small-cap stocks points toward an ongoing accumulation phase, where big investors are gradually building positions. Today, both DIIs and FIIs were net sellers, which led to strong selling pressure throughout the day. There is also concern that tensions between United States and Iran could escalate into a potential conflict. However, even if US attacks Iran , its impact on our market is likely to be only 1–2 days. Overall, for the next two months until Q4 results are announced, the market is expected to remain volatile and largely sideways. The Nifty 50 has not undergone a proper correction yet, and valuations still appear elevated, so further downside cannot be ruled out. Meanwhile, the accumulation phase in select smallcap stocks is likely to continue during this period.

As I have been saying, FIIs will continue to buy and sell intermittently over the next two months until the Q4 results are announced. This period represents an accumulation phase. During this time, the market is likely to remain volatile and move sideways. The market will show strength on days when FIIs are positive, and it will face selling pressure when FIIs turn negative. As mentioned earlier, the Smallcap 250 index has likely formed a bottom, and we can expect it to trade within a range until the Q4 results are announced. However, this phase will allow big players to gradually accumulate high-quality stocks from emerging sectors. Today, I believe FII activity may remain negative.

FII buying and selling is continuing intermittently, as I have been saying. Currently, FIIs are slightly positive. Over the past two weeks, I have clearly mentioned that we are in an accumulation phase, where big players are slowly accumulating good-quality stocks while many retail investors are exiting the market out of frustration and shifting their investments into gold and silver. This is the difference between smart investors and frustrated retail investors who follow social media FOMO. I have repeatedly said that a bear phase can last more than a year and often gives unbearable pain. During last stage of bear phase, many retail investors tend to exit the market — and that is usually when the market forms a bottom. You can now see slow accumulation in many stocks from emerging sectors where the growth potential is very high. Normally, we provide clear reasons before selecting any stock. If you buy a stock, you should know why it has the potential to outperform. We provide detailed analysis explaining why certain stocks can do well. If you buy without a reason, it is simply gambling. The 2026 market is likely to be a stock-picker’s market. Some time ago, I made two videos highlighting two sectors that could outperform — power transmission and auto auxiliaries. Stocks from both sectors are now outperforming, and I had clearly explained the reasons behind this view. FII activity remains intermittent — they may buy on one day and sell on another. We understand FII psychology, which is why we predicted two weeks ago that an accumulation phase could begin in the market, and that is exactly what is happening now.
