FII selling is strong today due to heavy selling in banking stocks, mainly because of rising crude oil prices. When FIIs sell, they usually sell in either IT stocks or banking stocks because they hold major stakes in these two sectors.
DIIs are not buying aggressively at the moment because they are waiting for proper Q4 results. Once the Q4 results are announced in May, we may see strong buying from DIIs.
The current rally is being driven by retail and HNI investors, which is why you can see strong buying in small-cap stocks even when the Nifty 50 is under pressure. The power sector and data center stocks are actively participating in this bull run, and I have shared many stocks from these sectors over the last two months.
Before investing in the market, you should first study the sector before buying any stock. Many people believe that wealth cannot be created from the stock market, but we will prove how wealth can be created from the share market, provided you have the patience to hold multibagger stocks during the bear phase.
