There is no panic in the market, as FIIs have been net buyers this month. This profit booking may end by tomorrow or Monday, after which we could see strong buying return to the small and midcap index. However, the current market is quite different, and being a smart investor is crucial to making money in such conditions. A smart investor understands the market and invests according to its requirements.
Highly overvalued stocks and those promoted on social media will likely not provide returns moving forward. Going forward, the market will reward those who identify new sectors and stocks with strong growth potential. In this market, timing your entry and exit is extremely important, as there is strong sector rotation happening."
