Creamy cottage cheese - 70g
Oregano powder - 1 tsp.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt - to taste

Method:
Peel the mushrooms, remove the top skin (do not wash, mushrooms absorb water like a sponge).
Take out the stems and finely chop.
Mix creamy cottage cheese, grated mozzarella, pressed garlic, oregano, salt and chopped mushroom stems in a bowl.
Line a baking tray with foil. Brush the mushroom caps from with olive oil and fill with the cheese mixture.
Bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve warm with sprinkled fresh herbs.

Chicken Rolls
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Tomatoes, peppers (mushrooms are optional)
Sour cream (yogurt)
Cheese
Egg yolk
Garlic, spices

Method:
1. Make pita boats: stack 1 piece on top of the other, pinch the edges with toothpicks - 2 on each edge.
2. Make cuts on the breast (not all the way through), add salt and pepper, put vegetables in the cuts, brush with a mixture of grated cheese and sour cream on top, brush the edges of the pita with whipped egg yolk.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. (Watch out, it is important not to overcook).

Tuna Patties
Ingredients:
1 can of tuna in its own juice
1 egg
30g cottage cheese
2 tbsp. oatmeal or rice flour
Salt and spices to taste (I have salt, dried garlic, smoked paprika)
Method:
1. Drain all the liquid from the tuna.
2. Mix tuna, cottage cheese and egg in a bowl.
3. Add flour and spices to the resulting mixture and mix well once again.
4. Form the meatballs with wet hands and fry them in a drop of olive oil until golden brown.
Serve for lunch with a side dish, for dinner with a tasty salad!

Juicy Chicken with Walnut Sauce and Vegetables
Ingredients:
2 chicken fillets
20g walnuts
A couple of cilantro sprigs
20ml cream 10% fat
1 zucchini
6-7 cherry tomatoes
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Olive oil (for frying)
Lemon juice
20g butter
Garlic
Method:
1. Dice zucchini and fry until golden brown.
2. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and fry with garlic in butter.
3. Slice the fillets like a mango and fry for 8 minutes on each side until golden.
4. Roast the walnuts. Put them in a blender bowl, also add cilantro, cream, salt and pepper.
5. Layer the vegetables, top with the chicken and pour the nut sauce over.

Cheese Baguette in Bacon
Ingredients:
1 baguette
1 pack of bacon
2 cherry tomatoes
30g sweet bell pepper
1 parsley sprig
80g cheese (2 kinds are better)
Method:
1. Finely chop tomatoes, pepper and parsley. Grate cheese and mix with the vegetables.
2. Cut the lid of the baguette, remove the crumb, fill with our stuffing.
3. Overlap bacon, put our baguette on top and wrap it, as shown in the video.
4. Transfer to a baking tray, bake at 180 degrees until golden.
