Liver Stroganoff

Ingredients:
• beef liver - 800g
• onion - 1 pc.
• sugar - 1 tsp.
• sour cream - 200g
• butter - 50g
• flour - 1 tbsp.
• salt, pepper - to taste.
Method:
1. Wash the liver, remove the skins and veins, cut it in lengthwise slices. Cut onion into half rings.
2. Salt and pepper liver, sprinkle with sugar and spices.
Fry in a heated frying pan (no oil!) for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Add butter and onion and stir-fry for 4 minutes more.
5. Sprinkle with flour and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
