In 9 out of 10 cases, it's not a system issue. Here are the three most common causes.
1️⃣ Wrong network — sent USDT via TRC-20 when the system expected ERC-20 (or vice versa). The funds don't disappear — they get stuck between networks.
2️⃣ Limits not respected — trying to top up below or above the allowed threshold. The transaction simply doesn't go through.
3️⃣ Wrong token sent — sent a different token than the one supported by the system.
How to avoid it: always double-check the network, currency, and limits against the details in your account before sending. It takes 30 seconds — and saves hours of back-and-forth with support.
