I am sick of being told that I am a good person, kind, understanding, and everything someone could want, only to still not be chosen. I understand that being a good person does not mean I am entitled to someone’s love, but then what am I supposed to do with all these compliments when they never seem to translate into someone staying, At some point, “you’re such a good person” starts sounding less like a compliment and more like a consolation prize. I don’t want to be admired, appreciated, or told that I deserve better by people who have already decided they don’t want me. I want to be chosen. Not because I am a good person, but because someone genuinely wants me, with all the complicated, imperfect parts included. Maybe that is the paradox I cannot understand, how can I be everything someone says they want and still not be what they choose

So I was experimenting with integrating AI into my Telegram, and ended up building a little client that acts as me
It reads my old posts and messages to learn how I talk, so when it replies to people it actually sounds like me instead of a generic robot.
I set it to auto-reply in my DMs on my behalf for specified people
The attached images are all AI interactions lol, it was so freaking fun

I almost lost everything this year.
Not “stressed about deadlines” losing everything.
My dad. My family. Everything I’ve been building.
There were nights I genuinely didn’t know if RAVN would survive the month.
But my cofounder and I kept building anyway. Through the doubt, uncertainty, and nights when nothing seemed to work.
Today, I’m incredibly grateful to share that RAVN has been accepted into Antler.
$400K in funding, backed by one of the world’s leading venture builders, alongside companies like Lovable, Airalo, Reebelo, and Tactiq.
To everyone who watched us build this from the beginning, thank you. This wasn’t luck or a guarantee. We kept building long before there was anything to celebrate.
Most importantly, I’m grateful to God. He never left us.
We’ve come a long way.
We’re just getting started.

Honestly, I had bright expectations for 2018, but the year had other things in mind, but I’ll still call this year a blessing. It taught me so much:
- There were days I was stressed to the point where I couldn’t eat, not because I didn’t have time, but because of the cognitive load.
- This year was filled with unlearning things that no longer align with the person I want to become.
- It was a year where I tried to put myself first in my decisions.
- Instead of constantly wondering whether people liked me and trying my best to please everyone, I started asking myself whether I actually liked them.
- I became much freer to express my thoughts, opinions, and feelings, and I think that alone is a pretty big change.
- It’s you for you. No one is coming to save you, so learn to take responsibility for your actions.
- Be humble, because you never know what life is going to throw at you.
- I’m not where I want to be yet, and I have to admit that’s partly on me. I have more work to do, and hopefully, this year, I’ll actually do it.
Wishing each and every one of you a very, very happy New Year. I hope this year is kinder to you, teaches you what you need to learn, and takes you closer to the person you’re trying to become. Here’s to a better year 🥂
