🔰 Drugs that can cause drug-induced lupus:
• Procainamide (highest risk)
• Hydralazine
• Isoniazid (INH)
• Quinidine
• Methyldopa
• Anti-TNF-α agents (Infliximab, Etanercept, Adalimumab)
🔹Anti-histone antibodies: Positive (classic marker)
🔹Symptoms resolve after stopping the offending drug, though autoantibodies may persist for months.
Differentiate insulinoma from sulfonylurea abuse by Plasma / urine sulfonylurea screen.
