• 120 mm PLL-05 self-propelled mortars mounted on the Type 92 variant of the WZ551 wheeled chassis, with a firing range of up to 13 km and a digital fire-control system;
• SR-5 (PHL-11) Multiple Rocket Launcher (MRL) on heavy 8×8 chassis, equipped with guided 220 mm rockets with a range of up to 70 km.
In the second part of the video, the Tianlong-30 (Sky Dragon 30) surface-to-air missile (SAM) system was publicly shown for the first time. Its delivery to Burkina Faso had not previously been reported.
The footage shows a launcher and an IBIS-150 three-coordinate radar, capable of detecting targets at ranges of up to 130 km and tracking up to 144 targets. The primary missile is the SD-30, which uses combined guidance and has a reported engagement range of up to 30 km. | 1 183 |
