O Imam Mahdi… Today is Friday. My master... I cannot begin to imagine the weight your blessed heart carries. You witness every orphan whose tears fall in the silence of the night. Every mother searching through rubble for her child. Every father burying the one he was meant to protect. Every elderly parent left alone after saying farewell to their children. You carry the pain of an Ummah that has forgotten how deeply it needs its Imam. My master... you are our father. A father who never abandons his children, even when they become heedless of him. I wonder how many tears you have shed that no eye has ever seen. How many du'as you have whispered for us while we remained occupied with ourselves. Yesterday, your faithful servant was laid to rest. My Imam... I pray that Allah SWT has united him with those whom he spent his life loving. The world somehow feels different without him. Whenever he spoke, he reminded us of you. Whenever he defended truth, he pointed our hearts towards you. He taught us that waiting for you was never passive... it was a life to be lived. My master... forgive us. Forgive us for every Friday that passed while we forgot your loneliness. Forgive us for every moment we remembered your grandfather yet failed to remember his grandson. And if your servant's departure has taught us anything, let it be this: that a life has value only if it brings hearts closer to you. Do not leave us to ourselves, even for the blink of an eye. I pray that every Friday become another step towards recognising you, loving you, and preparing ourselves to answer you when Allah SWT permits your call to be heard.
