हिमाचल प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने एक हत्या मामले में आरोपी के चाचा को जमानत दे दी है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि "अपराधी पैदा नहीं होते, बल्कि परिस्थितियां उन्हें अपराधी बनाती हैं।"

जस्टिस संदीप शर्मा ने कहा:

"हर संत का एक अतीत होता है और हर पापी का एक भविष्य। किसी भी आरोपी को सुधार से परे नहीं मानना चाहिए।" इस मामले में आरोपी पर हत्या करने का आरोप नहीं था। उस पर आरोप था कि उसने हत्या के बाद अपने भतीजे (मुख्य आरोपी) को पठानकोट छोड़ने में मदद की। कोर्ट ने कहा कि: ✅ केवल गंभीर आरोप होने से किसी व्यक्ति को लंबे समय तक जेल में नहीं रखा जा सकता। ✅ संविधान का अनुच्छेद 21 हर आरोपी को व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता और त्वरित सुनवाई (Speedy Trial) का अधिकार देता है। ✅ इस मामले में 53 गवाह हैं, लेकिन अब तक एक भी गवाह की गवाही नहीं हुई , इसलिए ट्रायल पूरा होने में काफी समय लग सकता है। इन्हीं कारणों से हाई कोर्ट ने आरोपी को ₹2 लाख के बेल बॉन्ड और दो स्थानीय जमानतदारों पर जमानत दे दी। 🔗 पूरा आर्टिकल यहां पढ़ें: [ Click Here ] #HimachalPradeshHighCourt #Bail #CourtNews #LegalNews #Article21 #JusticeSandeepSharma #IndiaNews #Law #HighCourt #Judiciary

🚨 Bombay High Court's Big Remark on Maharashtra Politics During a court hearing, Justice Madhav Jamdar made an interesting oral remark about political defections in Maharashtra. He said:

"Horse trading is going on in entire Maharashtra... If you have FIRs, switch sides, there is a washing machine."

The remark was made while hearing a case filed by SDPI leader Saeed Ahmad Abdul Wahid Chaudhary, who challenged an externment order passed against him. The Bombay High Court later quashed the externment order, saying that protesting against government decisions cannot be a ground to extern a citizen.
