Things people need to know when they start their career path
⏺Work for yourself, even when you work for someone else. Your salary pays you; your skills build you.
⏺Pivoting is normal. 21, 28, 30, 45 it’s never too late to learn and change direction.
⏺ You don't need to stay at one company forever, but leaving every 4–6 months repeatedly can raise questions about your stability.
⏺ Define your role before others define it for you. Study people who are excellent at it. Read. Learn the standard. Build your own.
⏺ Not everyone is your mentor. Don't take every opinion as guidance. Find people who truly understand your journey.
⏺ Don't confuse being busy with creating value.
Build your reputation, not just your résumé.
⏺ Understand the business, not only your job.
⏺ Document what you built, solved, improved, and learned.
⏺ Your title is not your capability. Build the capability first.
⏺ Stop comparing timelines. Careers are not linear.
⏺ Keep learning even when nobody is watching.
Your career is yours. Build it intentionally.

I think we have to find a way to help such energetic guys because a small cash shortfall should never stand in the way of their dreams.
Imagine struggling to find 200,000 birr while knowing that you’ll have millions in less than three months.
I think we have a strong community here, and helping this aspiring young talent should be our responsibility.
I know Mike has looked up to me for a while, and I think this is the time to help him achieve his dreams.
I challenge content creators to join me in helping this guy. I really can't let him fall under such stress.
I am buying a home and looking for some cash. If that were not the case, I could have covered him.

I will be posting lock-in sessions here. I really never locked in for the past 3 years every day was a mix of fun, running, and work. Since my work doesn't require any lock-in, I also hate the terms "work" and "job" 😂.
But now I'm starting some lock-in sessions. If you remember, we used to go to abrhot with the tech gang to lock in
