⏺Work for yourself, even when you work for someone else. Your salary pays you; your skills build you.
⏺Pivoting is normal. 21, 28, 30, 45 it’s never too late to learn and change direction.
⏺ You don't need to stay at one company forever, but leaving every 4–6 months repeatedly can raise questions about your stability.
⏺ Define your role before others define it for you. Study people who are excellent at it. Read. Learn the standard. Build your own.
⏺ Not everyone is your mentor. Don't take every opinion as guidance. Find people who truly understand your journey.
⏺ Don't confuse being busy with creating value.
Build your reputation, not just your résumé.
⏺ Understand the business, not only your job.
⏺ Document what you built, solved, improved, and learned.
⏺ Your title is not your capability. Build the capability first.
⏺ Stop comparing timelines. Careers are not linear.
⏺ Keep learning even when nobody is watching.

Imagine struggling to find 200,000 birr while knowing that you’ll have millions in less than three months.
