KernelSU uapi v6 introduces preinit
for preinit, I did NOT implement it
part of it is implemented, the in-kernel kallsyms thing, however, its mostly just to appease the API.
I don't think it matters much for ngki / kernel built-in.
hell, a some of us doesn't even have a /metadata partition

earlier, I did some tests and if youre using Clang on FULL LTO, you can hint the optimizer to melt and inline ksu's logic on the callsite.
however as always this is a hint.
as per my tests, even on -O2 on clang 23, the calls are melted. I haven't tested on older clang, ymmv.
