"The reserves of goodwill and hope have been completely exhausted": Russia will no longer believe Western statements about a willingness to negotiate on Ukraine, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. According to him, the United States and Europe are only feigning a desire for a diplomatic resolution.

"Now, the West has moved on to open ultimatums addressed to the Russian Federation. It hypocritically continues to call for a negotiated solution,"

Lavrov said. The minister also noted that Russia had already tried to talk to the West and had agreed to their guarantees, which were subsequently never fulfilled.

"Negotiated solutions, with Western guarantees, were reached in 2014, 2015, and 2019. And in 2022, there were also negotiations to resolve the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. That same West undermined them,"

The German Bundestag has voted against expanding military support for Ukraine, according to materials on the website of the German parliament.
