भाई union वालों ने हमें gds से अलग करके एक नया नाम दे दिया है * नया gds * मुद्दे सिर्फ वही उठाए जाएँगे जो पुराने gds के लिए ज्यादा मायने रखते हों ।नए gds के साथ भेदभाव करने वाले और कोई नहीं बल्कि union वाले हैं । महादेविया जी ने क्या किया ? Transfer के लिए प्रमुखता से letter लिखना था पर दो topic को एक ही letter में मर्ज करके भेज दिया ।दोस्तों परवाह उनकी कीजिए जो आपके लिए मायने रखते हैं ।union के leader खुशी खुशी दुर्गा पूजा और दीपावली मनाएंगे और हम gds लोगों की भीड़ में भी अपनों को याद करते रहे जाएँगे .....

जो भी जिस union से जुड़ा हुआ है उसका subscription बंद करो और उसे किसी जरूरतमंद को दो या अपने बच्चों के लिए biscuit खरीदो ।साथ ही साथ जो youtuber union की तरफदारी करते रहते हैं उनको भी unfollow करो ।Present time की सबसे बड़ी समस्या Transfer portal का न निकलना है ।तीन चार महीनों में हमारे कितने सारे भाइयों ने मौत को गले लगा लिया ।union को कुछ फर्क भी पड़ता हैं letter लिख देंगे संवेदना व्यक्त कर देंगे इतना ही ।एक बात कहूंगा मृत व्यक्ति को दवाई पिलाने से वह दुबारा जिंदा नहीं होगा ।अभी transfer चाहिए हमें ।मेरे घर वाले कितने महीनों से इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं ।सॉरी दोस्तों अब मैं किसी भी union का member नहीं रहूँगा ।

Sir, an Official Instruction was issued on 18th September 2025 from the O/o the SP, Kalahandi Postal Division for all GDSs to check and rectify Personal and Pay particular details in APT Portal within 30th September 2025 to ensure that Rule 3 transfer requests of all GDSs in that particular division can be submitted without any error. But no expected date was declared about when the portal will be opened. In fact in rest Divisions in other Circles (except Kalahandi) no such official order has been issued regarding GDS Rule3 Transfer. The strange thing is - Inspite of Rule3 Transfer being a PAN India issue, how a few Selected Divisions can issue such order? No Official schedule for Rule3 Transfer portal opening has been published till now. CEPT is planning to open Rule38 portal for departmental employees but they have not announced any date for rule3. We, GDSs are suffering a lot far from home with such low salary. Department is going to implement facial attendance system soon. So GDS Rule3 Transfer is necessary for us. So sir please open Rule3 transfer portal as soon as possible, declare a notification regarding schedule of upcoming Rule3 transfer cycle. Capture A to Z all vacancies in the portal. Also publish Transfer Approved Second List (Tentative Vacancy). We are waiting since last year (November 2024). Officially it was confirmed earlier that Rule3 portal will be opened twice a year. In spite of this official order, in 2025, the portal has not been opened for even single time! How is this possible? Please open GDS Rule3 Transfer Portal as soon as possible and issue necessary instructions to CEPT to do so. Please don't forward this grievance to any Postal Division because this matter is not supervised by them. Please forward this to ADG, GDS Section, Department of Posts and CEPT.

भाई जब तक तीस चालीस gds मर नहीं जाएँगे तब तक transfer नहीं निकलेगा ।सॉरी दोस्तों यह कहकर मैं किसी का मजाक नहीं बना रहा बल्कि सच्चाई कह रहा हूँ मैं अंदर से टूट चुका हूँ। ESS में आ रही दिक्कतों की वजह से नहीं बल्कि IT 2.0 में आ रही दिक्कतों की वजह से हमारा transfer टाला जा रहा है ।Cept में निकम्मे लोग बैठे हुए हैं जो एक time में सिर्फ एक ही काम कर सकते हैं इनसे ज्यादा काम तो मेरा 6 साल का भांजा कर लेता है ।क्या गारंटी है कि नवंबर तक सब कुछ तंदुरस्त हो जाएगा ?मार्च तक भी IT 2.0 की दिक्कतें खत्म नहीं पाएंगी
