A rate of Rs. 5/- (GST extra as applicable) per Speed Post item (Document /Parcel) shall be charged for value added service on 'Registration' i.e. item that will be delivered to the addressee or the person duly authorised by the addressee.
A rate of Rs. 5/- (GST extra as applicable) per Speed Post item (Document /Parcel) shall be charged to avail value added service of 'One-Time Password (OTP)' delivery i.e. the item will only be delivered to the addressee once he/she provides the OTP to the delivery staff.

*IMPORTANT UPDATE*
As informed vide letter dated 24.09.2025, IPPB team will push AeBAS app to all the DARPAN devices on 27.09.2025. This will be Pan-India roll out, irrespective of divisions identified under different phases.
All the divisions are requested to inform the BPMs to keep the device online on 27.09.2025 for successful roll-out of the app.
IPPB branch managers/staff may be contacted for any assistance.

Dear RO ADs/DHs,
This is regarding credit of PLI/RPLI incentives. As assured, we tried our level best to credit the incentives on 26.9.25 (today), but due to some technical errors accross Pan India, it has been deferred to the next week.
*Request DHs to Kindly inform the Salesforce that incentive for June-2025 will be credited into the POSA of Salesforce in the next week, preferably before Dusserah, please.*
