Dear HPMs/SPMs/BPMs, It is came to know that many are facing issue in accessing APT application/IMA during Deputations/Officiating arrangements/Leaves. In APT 2.0 all the roles are assigned based on Posts, only some roles are provided based on User IDs. For proper availability of roles, all the officials has to process Charge report whenever they proceeds on leave. The option for initiating charge report is available in Employee Self Service Portal - > Leave management - > Initiate Charge report. Charge report has to be processed mandatory for all types of leave. While processing charge report the date of relief and A/N or F/N option has to be selected. This card has four options and its usage is scenarios are explained below. 1. Relinquish on leave. 2. Assume on leave. 3. Relinquish on Substitute 4. Assume as Substitute. 1. Relinquish on leave. This option is used when an officials proceeds on leave without any substitutes. i.e., Office arrangements. 2. Assume on leave. This option has to be used when the officials join duty on return from leave. 3. Relinquish on Substitute This option has to be used by all the officials *especially for Head Of the Office (PM/SPM/BPM) and treasurers who holds cash and stamps in their custody*. While processing this charge report, it will ask for Substitute employee ID. In the charge report it will show the Cash and Stamp Balances. 4. Assume as Substitute. This option has to be used when the officials join duty on return from leave. In addition to this they have to select the substitute ID. And one more thing has to done by Treasurers, at Treasury module for transfer of cash from one official to another user. Go to Treasury -> Tools -> Cash transfer option. And for BPMs it's BPM Cash Transfer in Cash & Stamps. There it will show the cash balance of the present user and the same has to be transferred to officials user id who has taken charge. For example if SPM goes on leave, he has to initiate charge as per option 3. He has to handover the charge to another official, and it may be the same office PA or some other official from another office using the above option. The help guide from CEPT on this is also provided below. From page 27 to 31. This guide is fully for Employee Self Service related. *Once again, it is reiterated that Charge report is mandatory for all types of leave including RH and CL. Kindly don't fail to do this.*

I am working in northeasts meghalaya division and my bo is totally in a remote area and the only city which have basic living possibilities is around 35 km from bo to reach the bo it needed 2 hour's of travelling with full hilly and river side muddy road now after implantation of this rule how it will be possible to travel 4 hour in a day and going daily bo life will become worst then the hell ????

We must try to isolate our office life as much as possible from our personal life to regain clarity,focus to pursue other career options & leave this bonded labour soon after we get other opportunities.Investing 100 % of our precious time for this job is a blunder we make when the higher authorities don't even put a quarter of the efforts we put in.

First of all,I don't understand the urgent & immediate need to implement AEBAS for BPMs.AEBAS is necessary to track the productivity if in an office 10s or 100s of employees work together among whom a couple of them have System related work and a couple of them have field related work. For a BO,All the workload is solely managed by a BPM right from counter work to delivery work to public relations to system related work to paper work.Every transaction & the overall workload in a BO can be monitored from Day-Begin to Day-End remotely. What's the need to implement AEBAS separately that too with geo-fencing other than just a way to harass us even more ....!
