हमें कुछ GDS के संबंध में यह जानकारी प्राप्त हुई है कि वे अपने व्यक्तिगत मोबाइल फ़ोन पर थर्ड-पार्टी ऐप का उपयोग कर फर्जी फ़ेशियल अटेंडेंस दर्ज कर रहे हैं। यह कृत्य गंभीर अनियमितता, विभागीय नियमों का उल्लंघन, तथा सेवा-शर्तों के विपरीत है।
यह अंतिम चेतावनी जारी की जा रही है:
1. सोमवार से सभी GDS को अनिवार्य रूप से केवल अपने अधिकृत/पंजीकृत आधिकारिक डिवाइस से ही अटेंडेंस लगानी होगी।
2. किसी भी प्रकार की फर्जी उपस्थिति, थर्ड-पार्टी ऐप, या अनधिकृत माध्यम से अटेंडेंस दर्ज करने पर सीधी अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही की जाएगी, जिसमें सेवा समाप्ति (Termination) तक शामिल है।
3. केवल विभाग द्वारा अधिकृत डिवाइस व आधिकारिक ऐप का ही उपयोग करें।
4. यदि डिवाइस या ऐप में कोई तकनीकी समस्या हो तो तत्काल अपने उपसंभागीय अधिकारी के माध्यम से DO को सूचित करें।
5. प्रतिदिन समय पर उपस्थिति दर्ज करना अनिवार्य है।
6. अटेंडेंस से संबंधित किसी भी त्रुटि, संदेह या समस्या को बिना विलंब के रिपोर्ट करें।

🚨 Subsequent to release of system-generated list of approved
transfers, the transfer orders at Circle/Region/Divisional level will be
issued by the respective authorities competent to transfer GDS. Any
decision, not involving any policy issue, will be taken by the Head of
Region or Head of Circle, as the case may be. Technical issues will be
taken directly by the concerned Circle with the CEPT. Decision on any
policy issue may be referred to this office.

🚨 Refusal to accept the approved transfer order will be construed as one
chance of Limited Transfer availed by GDS. For the sake clarity, once the
GDS submit his/her application online, he/she can withdraw the
application during the window period available. Once the transfer is
approved and the GDS requests for cancellation of transfer in writing
before getting relieved, the request may be considered by the concerned
authority. However, in such case one chance would be construed as
'Availed'.
