Berasal dari paduan dua kata Sanskerta: "Cilpa" yang bermakna keindahan dan kemahiran artistik, serta "Shastra" yang merujuk pada ilmu pengetahuan abadi.            Mahakarya ini akhirnya tercipta pada 𝟏 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, menjadi latar yang indah untuk seniman dan sastrawan beserta jiwa mereka yang bebas. "Every stripe is a story, every mark is a soul."
