- Provide professional and friendly telephone support to WIUT students, applicants, parents, and other customers;
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate and timely information in response to enquiries;
- Assist students and applicants with questions regarding university services, procedures, and processes;
- Provide guidance on application forms and related documents;
- Record and maintain accurate information about enquiries and calls in the database;
- Identify the nature of enquiries and refer complex or specialised cases to the relevant university departments;
- Follow up on enquiries when necessary and ensure that customers receive appropriate assistance.
📌 Requirements:
- Current WIUT student;
- Fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English;
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Clear, polite, and confident telephone manner;
- Ability to communicate effectively with different types of customers;
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and apply new information;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Customer-oriented approach;
